    में nsg कमांडो ट्रेनिंग किया है लेकिन मेरे बच्चो को नही सीखा पा रहा हूं बच्चे आलसी है वो मेहनत करना ही नहीं चाहते वरना हर बच्चा तैयार हो सकता है
    ये माइंड गेम है माइंड ने कहा हो जायेगा तो कोई अड़चन नहीं अगर माइंड ने कहा नही हो सकता तो चाहे कुछ भी कर लो नही होगा

    Physiological requirement is to breathe in through nose not through the mouth. Breathing through mouth allows intake air directly to bronchi that may cause asthma and also does not use diaphragm decreasing its muscle effectiveness.
