  • Follow along with this 30 Minute Total Body STANDING PILATES Complete Workout!! This Routine focuses on toning and sculpting your full body (legs, booty, abs, arms, and back) as well as improving your balance and flexibility.
    With clear instructions, modifications, a warm up and a cool down, this workout is suitable for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced.
    It requires no equipment and there is no jumping so it's low impact and apartment friendly!

    Today we're moving to a new house... So there's a lot of work ahead, but i didn't wanna Miss my workout so i said let's just do sth light like i didn't wanna do cardio and stuff. So I did this pilates with you 🥰 and it was amazing i feel so good thank you so much 💕❤️💕💗

    i love these! since this video is pretty long im glad you're talking through it with us. if i were about to stop halfway then i hear you say like STAY THEREEE! lol it's more motivating

    Ideal low-impact luteal phase workout for me. Tried for the 1st time today after a period of no workouts, therefore, couldn't keep going beyond 25 minutes but feeling so refreshed now!! Realised that I need to work on my arms and upper body strength in general. ,I could keep up with the legwork but the upper body workout was soo challenging for me so I skipped some reps lol
    Subscribed, liked, and added to workout playlist, will see you more often!! :D

    Loved the moves but too fast. I thought Pilates was more movement focused not rushed. I did go at my own pace .
