    Let's be honest... This workout actually work!!! I had lost 8 kg's within 2 months... It's not like that you do this workout 7 days and get result... You have to be patient... Keep working guys

    This exercise is so awesome that when i start doing it after 2 to 3 minutes I started feeling pain in my stomach because this is exercise is specially for belly fat really effective....
