Well, we did it folks. Not a single person will know how much of a struggle this was. But that's the life of a hero, isn't it? Thanks for everyone's support on / trdq
This ship blew me away as a kid. And the pack-in comic, where Karnock literally eats a Manta man and throws away his onesie, haunted me in the same way the UK TF comics did.
Most WWII models kits don't give you dead bodies, but Manta Force gives you straight-up decomposing corpses! I can't believe I'd never heard of this toyline before you introduced me. Thanks Gavin!
Your Manta Force reviews are always great. I'm from the other side of the world both ways, so I'd never heard about this wierd british sci-fi diaclone and gijoe mash-up before, but they look great. They have such a unique personality and design ethos among other toys I've seen from the era. I have no idea how close to completing this line you are, but I hope there's many more Manta Force reviews to come!
That Gulp to Gutz to Mad Karnock reveal/transformation is metal as hell, what with the hull of the ship hiding the fleshy interior. Would love to see something like that pulled off nowadays.
The Black Barracuda and the Karnoids in general seems like something I'd be all over as a kid. Mix 'n match robots, tons of vehicles, all wrapped up in a bitchin ship that doubles as a robot factory playset? Sign me up
Really enjoying these Manta force reviews. I never had them, but I see how this naturally lead to the features in bluebirds mighty max toys. One of the first ones wolfship 7 happens to be a spaceship with a smaller removable craft.
A toy that is designed to help clean up other toys is pretty genius.

That line had wonderful playability, love how everything is modular and full of lil details.
Other Karnoid sets? Those aren't real.
The Looger? This really is the total package.

Only 29 pounds? What a deal!

Those Karnoids are like little itsy bitsy Daleks, only cuter.
I love these Manta Force reviews! Not only are the toys a blast from the past but a Woolworths sticker?! What a treat

I build my life around these reviews. And I’m so sad I’m not joking.
Hey, you know this video unlocked a ancient memory.

Well I am glad that the Battle Fortress is on it's way!
These toys are just beautiful! Such a fantastic toyline. Thank you for sharing this.
God I have loved every single one of these
