"That guy"was called the comet. kind alike the new mutant Cannonball. The fantastic four issues were one of my first comics, and i love the sphinx like then. Some nice old forgotten villains in this.
Should go well with the upcoming disney+ Nova project.

I loved NOVA when it came out in the 70s. But I think it jumped the shark after issue twelve. Carmine infantino was the wrong choice to replace sal and john buscema. Plus after issue 13 it seemed wolfman didnt give a damn anymore and his scripts showed it. But man that first year of stories were something.

I wish Marvel had left the DM omni cover unaltered to be the same as the #1 cover.

Thanks for the awesome overview! But ugh, when I see those cropped corners on the covers I know this collection will also snip out the letter pages. I always enjoy those and don't understand Marvel's policy of including them in some omnibi but not in others. Still, a ton of fun comics and this is a must-buy. Dollar Bill's "Defender for a Day" saga was a huge draw for me, plus a really long run of Fantastic Four as a bonus.
