It’s an easy read and entertaining. Saladin Ahmed is a great writer although he kept the stories here pretty tone down and teenage. I enjoyed this and Miles Morales is my 616 Spider Man nowadays.

That signed edition had me DROOLING but snapping up a signed edition hardcover and never getting them again, and having the different spines and styles on my shelf might drive me a little nuts once we get up to Book Three and beyond. 😂

Recently purchased the reprint! Beautiful book! However, issue 100 features 8 pages of orange Hulk and blue Submariner! Exchanged the book and the new one had the same problem! Kept it anyways!

After all these years and Image and Todd McFarlane and STILL not released a proper Omnibus version for Spawn...that would easily collect 1000+ pages, have all the covers PROPERLY put in (seriously, every edition of a Spawn collection fucks up the covers, either omitting them entirely, only being the image not the actual cover as the singles would be, or the shit is in black & white). Easilt be a huge hit, with extras, introductions, sketches etc....but nope Why are they so adverse to doing a regular Omnibus? Why, because Marvel & DC do it and Todd has an ego to be different? I love the man brought us Spawn and some great artwork & figures over the years, but his decision making tends ro be so an upsetting....

Just curious is there any difference between the 2017 release to this 2023 version or is it a exact repressing? Looking to get for sure since I don't either. Thanks

I hate how no one felt bad for Hollis being murdered like that just because Hendricks wanted to take dr. Yang's deal for her back problem. That's one of the worst deads i have ever read, such a strong character disrespected like that and with Hendricks not even trying to save her or suffering for her death.
