Yes!! I’m so glad! You can also try different brands of turmeric as well. Some are a bit less bitter than others! Lately I’ve either been pouring over ice to make it like a turmeric iced latte or whipping some heavy cream and adding to the top. SO good!

😢 I'm on Coumadin for a mechanical mitral valve. Ive been advised to stay away from anti-inflammatory type of medications. I feel inflammation everywhere 😢😢
Oh no!!! I wonder if your doctor would consider letting you use turmeric in some way to help? Since it’s natural they might let you!
