    Just started this routine this morning and it’s tough! I will be continuing daily! I’m 41us Army vet trying to get my tail back in shape! This kicked my tail! I’m gonna loose around 25 lbs to get where I want to be! This is by far the best routine I’ve found! Appreciate it man!

    While boxing is a serious calorie burner, it is also very efficient in burning fat. The high-intensity nature of a boxing workout means it is very good at burning visceral fat, or the fat commonly found around the waist.👍

    Felt the burn, really good workout. Enjoyed this type of boxing, since I usually during the summer is outside with a boxing bag, but I cant take it im during the winters. But this was really fun🤩
