Hi there! did this routine and it's awesome. I am a long distance runner and still got sweaty and tired, just one suggestion for Nate: it helps if you talk a bit during the routine, specially when you switch exercises, like the Hasfit guy does, otherwise one has to be looking to the screen all the time, which is difficult while doing the abs, planks or any ground exercise. Thanks!

Just have to share. I'm in love with this! I do all sorts of fitness as I like to mix it up and keep things exciting. I would say I'm in rather good shape pre-pregnancy and now I'm currently 5 months pregnant and doing my best with this routine--listening to my body's cues. It's definitely harder than I expected and didn't think I'd be sore because it takes a lot for me to stay sore for 3 days! This was YIKES-AM-I-EVER-GOING-TO-WALK-NORMAL. It is doable if done 1-2 times per week! So everyone, yes this works you really efficiently and ladies, it even works that itty bitty spot in the inner thigh that nothing ever seems to fatigue. Please post more guys! ;)

After few months of good practice(including 5 khm swimming per week) i start with the warm up video then i keep up with 1 and 2 home boxing workout and i finish with the ''abs quickie'' video or home full body work out.Almost without any breaks in between. When is the next video coming up? Maybe some stretching or some cooling down exercises after work out? Thanks for the nice videos and keep up the good work.
Thank you. I do kickboxing (although, I unfortunately train by myself these days), and I started doing cardio and exercise videos at home when I couldn't get in to the sports centre, and after I had some injuries (including boxer skipping, unfortunately giving me shin splints). I usually do the fitnessblender workouts. They are good, but I usually find them insufficiently challenging. It was nice to find something that was a bit more sport specific. You succeeded in making me breathless (and my legs a bit weak, actually in the last jumping/power squat reps). Well done. Only complaint: you only do techniques with the one leg forward. I paused it a few times to do the other leg. Best wishes.

Great workout! Somehow I managed to last all these 21 minutes and did every exercise you that you've done. This was quite exhausting for me but I love it, it showed me a progress and my endurance! Thanks!
wow i just realized i was working out vastly harder then most people especially since you stated this is an advanced workout my routine was 25min full body dynamic warm up head to toe at as fast a pace as possible each dynamic excercise for 30sec then move to jab ,cross, hook, uppercut,slips & bob and weaves training 5-30 reps per punch per arm cause i am a southpaw but can fight out of both stances so need to verse both hands well. then shadowboxing 3minutes per round R1-basic defense R2-single shots i.e 1-2's or singular shots R3-combinations R4-forward pressure trying to get the KO at fight pace R5-fighting while backing up at fight pace then i did Jtv's 4000 punch workout by first alongside him practicing the combo's then doing 1200 punches out of the workout at fight pace i never take it chill cause i need to be ready this does kill you though. then i finish it all off with Jtvs 9 minute punchout and yeah guess for a beginner of three months this might be a lil much i did it very well tbh and right now i'm healing from surgery and probably will be getting back to this kinda training.
That's one intense workout! Really enjoyed it. I've been doing other high intensity workouts for the last couple months, and saw great results, my endurance and fitness level overall have really increased, and I've lost a lot of weight, got skinny. But this was still not easy for me, I had to pause once even. Will start doing this 3-4 times a week, hope it'll help me become even leaner and fitter. Looks very promising. Thank you!

May i suggest putting the timer/countdown on each exercise? because it's hard to keep up the pace and good technique, and many times when i look back at the tv you' already on the next exercise . if there's a bell ringing at the end we can already be ready for the next round

Did these guys stop and start during this video coz I just made it to 13mins before needing to stop for at least 5 mins. Damn they are fit if they kept going continuously when making this clip. Really good one to try and complete. Not your usual boring home work outs.

For fitness and conditioning this is nice. But don't expect to be ready to get in the ring, at any level, after doing this. I was at Windy City Gym and never saw any of this. Plus his technique when throwing punches is not correct. But again, if you just want a good workout and feel confident afterwards, this video is good.

great one, I used to do kickboxing and really enjoyed it. I had to stop due to moving. I will use these videos as a substitution.
Videos with narrating whats next are more helpfull cause then i can keep my phone aside and stay fully focused in my workout jabs.
