I wonder if Nate looks at his videos and realizes how cool he looks doing these slick moves. I try it but I just look awkward. I wish I could look this slick doing this, but I guess it takes a lot of practice. I'm starting now, and I'm so thankful for these videos, they're very helpful. Much appreciated!
I’m on my second time doing basic showing boxing. First time I was tense and stress with trying to do the moves. I only did about 10 minutes the first but the second time I completed the whole workout and I was more relaxed. I get confused sometimes with the moves so I go back to basic until I can caught up with the workout. Using the numbers help to remember the moves. I love running but I want to learn boxing to have fun with myself. Nate you rock and thank you. I found you through my grandson who’s 14 and use your work out as a part of his exercise program.
After 15 years not having worked or any exercise, I started to follow your vids, and I have so much progress, that nobodys wants to spar with me...I didn’t know I was a killer knockout specialst!
Thank you for a great video on shadow boxing. I’m disabled but I want to be able to get exercise this way. Can’t move my legs that well due to my disability. You teach how to do the punches and jabs in a way that is understandable.

Started working out last year, then spent over 6 months with frozen shoulder and another recovering. Started working out again and wanted fun cardio, and found this. I'm only 4 times in, but you're right about getting it eventually. And if I screw up, I just keep going and don't worry about it. I'll just keep going with this until I get it, and then move on to see what else you offer here. I appreciate it being here.

Thanks coach . 56yrs old. Played drums 50 yrs and in January for some reason I started Taekwondo classes. With ITF club 4 times week after enjoying first class. Also 5 weeks ago started one class with another club a week doing mix of Taekwondo and kickboxing plus bits of other martial arts thrown in. Lady is Taekwondo international level and Scottish kickboxing champion so in good hands. On Monday I'm starting shadow boxing class to enhance my learning and fitness. I had only tried on a pair of boxing gloves once before and finally decided to actually try the sport. This video was a perfect start for me. I didn't feel hurried, the moves were done excellently to make it easy to follow along, and the pace was perfect so I didn't just give up trying to follow along like with other workout videos that act like everybody is already a pro. I definitely plan to do this again, it was super fun and I definitely got my sweat on while having a great time! 🥊❤🥊

this is hands down the best training video I have ever seen. it was like training with a real coach next to you. Before covid I used to play football daily but since last two years I haven't been able to play since grounds are closed, so I gained weight during that period. Doing this workout feels so good, at the end I was exhausted and then I saw I had burned 320 calories in just 30 minutes. The best I've felt in a long time. Great work brother.

As someone who does zero cardio at the gym because it's boring af and takes up precious gym time, this is great... exactly what I need, can do it at home, get the cardio I need and most importantly kick some ass if I ever see a damsel in distress.
