This 10 Minute shadow boxing workout for beginners at home is perfect for people who are kind of shy, throwing their hands. Shadow boxing at home makes you a little more comfortable. Shadowboxing, in general, is something that you need to have confidence in. It takes practice to be able to throw your hands working strong boxing combinations. So when you're doing shadow boxing workouts for beginners at home, it just gives you a little more confidence and a little more ease to learn boxing in the comfort of your own home.

What we're going to do today is work continuously for 10 minutes in the shadow boxing workout. I will show you the basics of boxing, do small interval pieces so you get a sweat. The goal is to do this workout two or three times back to back if you want, or do it daily. Until you start to really pick it up when you pick up. Through this 10 Minute shadow boxing workout, you're going to feel more confident. In one of these days, you'll even test your expertise in an actual boxing gym.

What is Shadow Boxing?
Shadowboxing is a combat sport in which a person throws punches at the air as though there is an opponent. Practiced primarily in boxing, it is used mainly to prepare the muscles before the person training engages in stronger physical activity.
What does shadow boxing do for your body?
You might think of shadowboxing as more of a warm-up than an exercise, but it's actually a great full-body workout. During these rounds, you're working your chest, shoulders, arms, and leg muscles. It burns calories and is an excellent way for beginners to build up some muscle mass.
Can I do shadow boxing every day?
If you are genuinely passionate about your fight, you should be shadowboxing for at least half an hour daily. As far as the duration of a general shadow boxing workout is concerned, it would be around 15 minutes. Execute it without taking any rest.
Is shadow boxing better than running?
Both running and boxing are excellent cardio training, but while running is repetitive, boxing offers much more variety. Unlike running, it provides all kinds of elements that are much more fun than repetitive running. From hitting the bag, shadowboxing, core exercising, jumping the rope, and so on.
What do I need for shadow boxing?
All you'll need is some space (5 ft X 5 ft is enough), a pair of good trainers, and sports clothing. You can complete this shadow boxing workout with or without hand wraps.
Do I need gloves for shadow boxing?
Shadowboxing with your boxing gloves is good. You need to be without any distractions, and heavy gloves will do the opposite. The focus of the routine is movement and getting acclimated with how your body moves inside the ring.

I've been using this as a warm-up for my work out for the past week or so, I'm still trying to learn the combinations (Despite the perfect explanation and example), but it get's me sweating and my heart rate up ready for some strenght work-out.

Just give it a go. As someone who doesn't exercise as much as I should, I definitely feel like Nate's beginner workouts are perfect to start with. Obviously, this isn't going to change you overnight but it can help build a good habit. When you're ready for them, Nate has plenty of other more difficult workouts on this channel that can help you get closer to whatever your fitness goals are.

nah, but if it happens everytime after shadow boxing, try to do cooldown after the workout or maybe you are just pushing yourself too much. Listen to your body
