@@shalissathegamer1213 honestly ...I don't a have a diet , besides quitting sugar (sodas) , flour, and reducing oily and fatty foods...about the routine I've been doing the Nate's shadow boxing HIIT routines for the past month and a half (a bit more now) I do them 3 days in row, and rest one day, and I star all over...I don't do anything else but the shadow boxing routines and they really have helped me ...and still going strong!! Try them out! I do the 20 or 30 minutes routines, look for those they also fun!

I guess I am not sure how his legs are so doggone skinny. My legs just get a lot bigger doing this kind of a workout. I wonder if he is running a lot as well for his cardio, or something else.
