Your Punching Bag workout will focus on building as many muscles as possible, making it an excellent exercise for building strength and enhancing power. The muscles in the arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and core are all engaged during a heavy bag training session, making it an effective full-body workout.
👉 Is it OK to hit the Punching Bag every day?
YES, it's true - hitting a punching bag all day might hurt your boxing skills. The main reason is that over-training on a Punching Bag makes it easy for boxers to develop bad habits. ... The primary purpose of a heavy bag is to increase your punching power.
👉 How many calories are burned to hit a Punching Bag?
Boxing is a great workout. Calorie burn is a complex calculation based on many factors, including age, gender, body weight, intensity, and genetic factors. According to Valdosta State University, boxing calories burned per hour while using a Punching Bag range from 354 for a 130-pound person to 558 if you weigh 205 pounds.

Man the burpees and split lunges killed me. 😆 I still think my hooks are reaching too far around the bag maybe and causing wrist pain. Could just be weak wrists! Love your work man.

I love your workouts. Just a note, in my opinion it is better not to include musical loops. I always train with my favorite music (almost always heavy metal hits) and I prefer to just listen to your instructions.

He is just so damn handsome. I finally got my 70 pounds heavier ass back in the gym today. I swear by boxing to lose weight because I've lost 50 pounds one year and 70 this year only to gain it back because i got lazy. Hopefully i can stick with it and stop eating shit again.
Yea i couldn't even do burpees today because my damn stomach was all in the way. I did 3 but hey it's better than nothing.
I'll try this on Wednesday but im starting not to like him since he added squats😂😂😂I hate squats, i really do. But my goal going forward is to start doing squats so that maybe, just maybe I'll like them

Hey man..While throwing punches with my left hand...my thumb hurts like hell actually with the gloves on..
I tend to hit at the wrong spot while punching...
It's pains like hell, is it normal??? At the beginning
1. go to your dr
2. get bandages (bind them properly) & save your wrists and fingers
3. since 1/2 are more important you can check your technique on your punches now

Yo tambien tuve ese problema y lo corregi golpeando suave sin guantes hasta acostumbrarme a golpear bien, muchas veces los guantes y las vendas dan falsa seguridad ante la mala tecnica golpeando.
Tambien puedes probar un round com guantes un round sin guantes.
