Wanted to comment on these videos - 42yr old bloke, not especially fit, mad boxing fan, been boxing training for a little over 2 yrs now, and this quarantine has only increased my focus - but it's thanks to Nate Bower and these videos that has kept me going. Apart from being insanely brutal (the 12 min warm up is a killer, not to mention all those squats that pop up out of nowhere!), his videos are inspiring to me and I thoroughly enjoy training with them. Great work sir and thank you!!
Raaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!! This is still the most savage workout on RUclips…I still pull this one off on ‘good days,’ usually after several weeks of training (and I’m 6”4, 265lbs). Still going strong on these heavy bag workouts (which got me through 2020), two+ years later…Thanks Nate!!! Heavyweights luv ya bro
Doing this and some others of nates workouts for 5 weeks and eating well (but very bearable had some cheat days!) I lost a whopping 4.7kg . So recommend this, and thank u so much Nate ur the best!
I was a bit crazy, so I did this after 2 weeks of not training. I kept on sweating 10min after training, That split squats+push ups shoul be illegal to do after all that punching 😂 But I'll do it again on 2 days 😂 Thanks, Nate! You are the best!
Had an off day yesterday and was really not feeling motivated today. Thought to myself “I’ll just put on a movie and do some basic calisthenics”; get down to my man cave where the bag is, sat in front of my pc and thought “nah I’m gonna do another of nates videos” (so far I believe I’ve done 5). Saw this title and went “ok, bet!” ..... I lost that bet, this is brutal but I made it through with my max effort but in order to accomplish anything at all in the last set I did squats instead of lunges with the push-ups. There’s something satisfying about working so hard your about to throw up, but you don’t. This and the savage hiit 2 video have sent me to Valhalla. Love the content keep it coming, coach!
Rely love how all of your workouts aren't " just" workouts on a heavy bag. You're one of the very few trainers who don't compromise the integrity of actually learning boxing with good combinations just to make it a "workout". Amazing Stuff ♥️
I got my boxing bag today i am 13 years and i just did something like this for the 1st time and i almost succeed i just got the knee down in the second challenge and a 10 secs extra break in every round to know what combos / exercises we were actually supposed to do after this workout i am felling like a beast a monster a boxer !!! Thank you 😁
I went to a boxing academy after 3 months after posting this comment had my first fight yesterday lost it unfortunately was very sad and felt like quiting got some motivation and now I am fired up and now did this workout without failing In any rounds and didn't take 10 seconds brake cause I can understand the instructions now still struggled though thank u 😄
This 1 is the killer Nate! I see my sweat pouring on the floor! Would say please do a proper complete boxing workout (is what a boxer does daily in the gym). You are the best!
Nate, you’re such an inspiration. I had a fight scheduled days before the shutdown and gradually I lost myself and got out of shape. I’m back, and it feels great to be pushed like I used to when training for a fight. This is the workout everyone 🙏🏼
All these heavy bag workouts are spectacular. Like if youre really in shape and push yourself max effort - you'll get a ton out of this. If you were a fatty like me, you can pace yourself really easily, adjust intensity to get through it, pick it up. I usually work the same set for a week - max intensity for three, pace for three, day of rest and i'm melting like butter. These are like pitch perfect on the money workouts.
I've done a lot of Nate's Heavy bag workouts. This one was insane. It will definitely be on my workout schedule every Thursday from here on out. Thanks for the great content during the pandemic. I've shed 55 pounds since Jan 1 and Nate's training has been a huge part of that
I really love your workouts. After I did this my arms legs and back was sore. Just what I waslooking for. I don’t have a heavy bag but o got a kickboxing bag and it works just as good
I know this was along time ago but how long were you fasted when doing this I’m definitely at a deficit today and I still got all loopy at the end staring at the ground
@@pulsegaming2152 No problem, i think i was in a 14 hour fasted state was in the middle of the day , i think being clear in the mind (due to empty stomach ) makes it easier and makes you less tired. But i guess it depends from person to person im a bit extreme 😂 but it definetly works, however it was easier because my body already adapted to the ''fasted state'' because it was in the second week of ramadan i believe. Hope this answer helped you.

I just turned 60 this year and have lost nearly 60 lbs. since last October. I would like to lose at least 30 more lbs. I started at 313 and could hardly walk up the stairs to bed without passing out. I just did this 30 minute workout and feel like a beast. My favorite workout so far and I have done 3 of your other workouts. This will be my go to for getting my butt kicked!
Like most of Nate's workouts, it never gets easy no matter how many times you do it. When it gets easier you increase the intensity that balances the equation 😁👍👍👍
