I love this particular guy’s videos because he does all work and no stopping to instruct on what each combo looks like so I don’t get out of my zone, I love the voice overs...Can you come out with one that incorporates bodyweight stuff in between combos, like burpees, jump squats, maybe even a round of kicks..? Love it already, just a request to take it to the next level of calorie burning. 😬

Thanks to many great mentors like Napoleon Hill, David Goggins, Eric Thomas, and Nate Bower even, I'm in the best shape mentally and physically than I've ever been. I'm an athletic 160lb now. This isn't about me, it's about the guy who said "you know you want this" during the hop in and out.
Those hops just about killed me. When I started these I was around 230? Between this and light jogging/walking I'm at 203. It's been 15 years since I was under 200 and I am insanely excited!

There was a punch bag at my gym so I decoded to get some gloves. Went on RUclips and searched for hiit bad training and this came up!! Iv now rekindled the fire to train again great sweat great workout fun to do!!
Out of all the boxing vids for beginners out there Im getting the most from yours, real talk. Worked my way through 1 of your heavy Bag workouts and was able to sustain for the whole thing at 3 min. Here's hoping you do a shadow boxing routine similar to this. Peace

super workout. loved it. only down side is really annoying constant ad interruptions.hard to hit the skip button with gloves on and the flow of the workout gets disrupted
Don't own any equipment so was just punching the air with bare hands but even that was enough for this absolute beginner to be soaked and exhausted. And I found myself tiring around 20-30 seconds in with every time the punching combos were to be done. Any tips on increasing stamina? Or is it just a case of "keep trying until you can do it"?
I have done about 5 videos so far. Plese keep them coming. Any 60 minute videos coming? Do you have a ball park on calories burned per video? One last thing. My hands are torn to shreds from crappy gloves. Please advise on wraps and gloves for 100lb bag. I'm 5"10 190lb if that matters. Thanks!

would you ever consider changing the tempo from 1,1-2-3 to 1-1,2-3 within the same workout?

best way to keep track of that is to use a pulse watch. With a tracker near your heart its pretty precise.
