I’m almost 63. I broke both my heels last June. Used to be pretty agile and virtually pain free. This injury is a monster that I will slay. I’ve been looking for a strength training workout that my body can do. I can almost do all of your moves. I can do squats and planks. No backward lunges yet. My strength, balance and just plain range of motion are a work in progress. I am planning on writing back to you with positive progress. I can do this. Thanks

Between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., your body temperature is at its highest. This may mean you'll be exercising during the window of time your body is most ready, potentially making it the most effective time of day to work out.👍
