brachioradialis will be the main target of this exercise since the palms are facing in throughout the motion. concentration curls or biceps curls with lighter kettlebells can be done to really target the biceps

That's a hammer curl it doesn't work the biceps exclusive like biceps curls with dumbbels, just call it kettlebell hammer curl cuz thats what muscles activates actualy...

How heavy is your kettlebell? I’m a beginner at this and have weak arms.
I only used 12kg in this. It doesn’t matter, just find a weight that works and keep going to get stronger 😄💪
