    Bhaiya mai na abhi 17 saal ki hu or Mera weight 60 kg ho gaya hai
    Na hi mai fast food khati hu na hi bahar ka kuchh bhi
    Kyuki gawn se belong karti hu
    Phir bhi Mera weight badh kyu .....

      Please follow diet along with exercise.
      Avoid oily and fatty foods
      Such as - Achar , papad , bhajiya, samosa.
      Drink 3-4 liter of water daily.
      Walk daily 8000 steps or 30 min.
      Exercise daily for 30 min.
      Avoid sugar - such as chocolate, pastry.
      Avoid packet foods.
