He did add later in the book that he wasn’t too sure on dramatic acting in a big budget show, but he says Bryan Cranston helped him get into character a lot easier, and that wearing Saul’s outrageous suits immersed him in the role.

Just finished BCS. Brilliant finale. Jimmy got justice, and also got a semblance of a happy ending. And the show itself managed to hit a definitive conclusion while leaving the story open-ended. I honestly could not have asked for a better final episode to the Breaking Bad universe.

"Better Call Saul" had the most-viewed pilot episode in television history. He ain't Saul, but the role has earned him more accolades and influence than anything before it. I'm not knocking his previous stuff, it was brilliant. But the material he's working with now, that he has been working with since 2009, is unmatched across the board.
