@@akhilbabu_ They had to to not get in trouble. But you can tell by his tone which one it was. It was like his mind was blown for a moment how a poster tore almost the entire season apart just with a comment.
When you’re like “if anyone would allow that sort of complex character development Better Call Saul would” you’ve basically given up the plot of an important part of Season 6 without technically giving it up.

Bob dropped a great point about Saul having no reason to talk about Kim in BB. BB had Walt as the focal point so Saul's personal life was irrelevant. We kind of forget after 6 seasons of BCS that Saul was just a side character in BB.

@@egoisto656 I think seeing Mike with Kaylee was important to flesh out his character and motivations a little more.
Saul by comparison is a relatively shallow character in BB. He's a crooked lawyer motivated by money and his primary purpose for the plot is to connect Walt and Jessie with other criminal parties. It wasn't really necessary to give him any more depth than that at the time.

@@egoisto656 Mike personal life was relevant given that he - as Walter - claimed that everything he was doing was for the future well being of his grand daughter. His personal life played an important part in the definition of his character
Bob Odenkirk gave so much away relative to the usual people in his situation! He's confident that it won't matter, the show is that good!
Bob has always played fast and loose with spoilers this season. He seems like he can barely contain his excitement about the show, which is quite sweet to watch.

My guess is Jimmy gets caught by the end and Kim pays him a visit at where he is incarcerated. After so many years they get to share a final moment together again, but it is a tragic one, knowing what it could have been (and even grasping a bit of it all until Howard's demise) but what ultimately wasn't meant to be. Bittersweet, but that's the way to go.

How this show hasn't won any major Emmy Awards is beyond me. As great as BB was ( recognized as such with a slough of award wins), this show is flawless and every bit as good. Lets hope that changes at the Emmy's this year.........and next year (since Part II of Season 6 will be eligible).

Yeah they were! When they casted Kim Im so glad they chose Rhea Seahorn. Shes so sincere and appreciative of everything around her and curious about all the artistry. Like when you hear her in the Bagman episode volunteering to come out into the desert heat just to able to learn how to use the camera they were using, or how she painted all the paintings in Kim's apartment

I love the idea that the entirety of both shows is just the build up to a skit with Bob's old co-Star David

watching this really makes me reflect on how perfectly this show ended, particurarly Kim. It makes much more sense that her charachter would move away to try forget about all that transpired, and it's so fitting that she stopped practicing law out of the guilt of what happened. Rhea is 50! She can pass for 38-40 in a real life. In the 6x09 episode of "Better call Saul" her character Kim is 36 years old.
If you’ve seen the first season of Fargo he looks older there with the gray hair and the way he plays his character. That was eons ago. I like the gray hair!

Similar notes on Bob, who looks much younger when he's Saul. She reminds me a bit of Madonna to be fair - though I think I could have a friendship with Rhea. As for Madonna... meh.

That doesn't make sense if Gene was never wearing it to begin with - and why would he want to regress any further? There's also the teaser with the clothes rail and the swinging hanger indicating something had just been pulled off.

Breaking Bad and BCS are by far the best tv shows that i ever watched, the writing, directing and the actors couldn’t be better.

I think Saul asks Ed for the wrong vacuum part by mistake and instead of sending him to a new location, Ed sends him back in time which is why all the characters look ten years younger in Breaking Bad. Ed also de-ages Saul by ten years so that he fits in. Kim is lost due to a malfunction in the vacuum's flux capacitor.

The relationship between these two in the show was one of the most interesting series relationships I can remember. The depth and reality. The passion and the tolerance. The need and the normal conflicts of a real relationship compounded by unusual circumstances. This was one of the best done sub plots I've ever seen, to the point that I mourn the loss of this relationship, and would entertain watching some future series based on their reunion in some other future scenario where that would be possible. And they could move to Vermont and sell seeds to farmers. I would watch it. Databyter
I know Kim is everyone's main concern but I hope the show addresses Kaylee Ermantrout too. Walt made sure she didn't get any of Mike's money which meant all the lines Mike crossed in ABQ was in vain. I hope we see Mike had more contingencies set up to take care of his granddaughter. After all, that's what Mike does.
Ultimately, Mike was breaking bad for himself. So while it would be nice in theory, would Kaylee or her family want or deserve blood money?

This whole interview, I'm distracted by the fact that Bob Odenkirk literally died (cardiac arrest) filming Season 6, and we still got as good a season as we got. Hats off!
One of the theories got it right pretty much, just finished the finale... it's a great ending for a great show and it WORKS for a show like this. In retrospect, you can see Bob nodding because the guess was pretty much how it went in a general sense... he was doing it subconsciously but basically saying...yeah you are pretty much right dude. "Interesting" is what they say.

Whatever happens next, it's not gonna go down the way you think it is.
Tony Dalton said that he didn't think the ending had been done before and others close to the show have said "you'll never guess" the ending.
But my opinion is that someone somewhere online has unwittingly nailed it, just doesn't know it yet. I've also heard reports that the real ending was sort-of leaked and people have been spoiling it - but obviously I'm not going to try and verify that.

Based on what he said about Carols character, my theory is that she is related to Mr. Squat Cobbler himself, Daniel Pryce. I also believe that the "Danny" that runs the laser tag that Saul mentions in BB is in fact Daniel Pryce.
I thought that about Carol as well. Could be right about laser tag too.
Pryce was the name of his nephew, his last name is Wormald

The only indication of the year is the 2012 plate that Gene is shown switching with his when he briefly goes on the lam due to his first encounter with the cab driver. That would normally indicate it is 2011 or 2012. However, it was a Missouri license plate, and Missouri allows you to get a 2-year tab, so it could be 2010 as well. I believe that Gene is currently in 2010, prior to the mystery birthday phone call, which will take place in November 2010.

I love Bob Odenkirk he’s got the best voice and I actually think he’s cute too. But he’s a fantastic actor I’m so happy BCS happened because I could watch him all day. Rhea Seehorn is so beautiful and plays Kim so well I hope to see her in more stuff because I’ve only seen her in this. I hope Kim and Jimmy meet again I think they will and that will be when colour comes back into his life
