@@SJAndrewbsme Yeah that's one of my faves too. It's weird because Odenkirk's often said his favorite is Van Hammersley and while good, that's probably not even in my top 10. It's nowhere near as funny as, for example, Yale Haderrity or Senator Howell Tankerbell.

I have had the pleasure of meeting David Cross on several occasions when he was in Vancouver as part of group comedy shows & once during his book tour. I met B.O. (geddit?) after one of the group shows & he seems like a really great guy. Also met Brian Pohseyn & several other cast regulars. All very approachable & groovy people. (David can be great, but sometimes he’s been crabby. That’s show biz!)
Somebody needs to try and upload the whole first series. Cant find this anywhere in the UK it’s not on any streaming service and it’s super expensive on DVD
This show is so 90's it hurts. I wish I grew up in the 90's but gotta say, it hurts enough knowing this time passed. My hatred for the passage of time would probably be much worse.
Don’t over-romanticize a time you weren’t even around for and depress yourself about it! Enjoy the things that came from it, like this show, and the fact that we still have them here and now. Life is weird and if you’re lucky enough to live a long and full one, you’ll have plenty of time to feel nostalgic for; no need to carry other people’s too.
She’d been on SNL a year or two before as a writer and featured player but much like janeane garofalo it didn’t work out, the show was like 96% male then, totally different humor
I'm glad to remember watching this on HBO, and buying the complete 4 season's DVD's collection.
Any skit where bob yells angrily is fuckin hilarious, it never gets old.
The third wheel legend skit. I have gotten people to watch this entire series by showing them just that skit
I don't consider that among their best work, but hey, if it works as an evangelical tool, fine!
My least favourite skit in the whole series.
Bob's "90's Documentary Guy" energy in the Bolton sketch was pitch perfect.
it's amazing. i never saw this till now. so funny. i'm going to tell all my friend.
This is one of the best episodes.
I agree. From the Kissing Booth right into Third Wheel Legend...legendary.
season 1 was really good
Yes!
11:30 lol that "Gail the Snail" look she does so well... :D
This is the funniest show that has ever existed.
15:24 🤣 "I have never, ever, ever..."

Sarah Silverman! She's so cute!
eww girl eww
When Sarah Silverman was appealing.
They're so good at coming up with absurd names but Peter Kankatanktan is probably the best.
Bordon Grote is awesome as well
I like Guy “Whitey” Corngood.

I also love Willups Brighton. Sometimes I randomly yell “livin’ large huh Willups?”

I'm pretty sure that's Margaret Cho seated behind Marylynn Rajskub at 11:31. Very hip room.
It is.
12:57 There's a show exactly like this in the UK. It's called Sex Box and it makes me embarrassed to be British.
whats the name?
@@lupp279 Sex Box...

I never knew David cross could do like a super realistic black guy impression

I remember a Mexican dude just like that Andre david cross is playing
3:20 I want in!
he is in the way!!!
In retrospect (where l seem paranoid) it's so weird that we made a celebrity out of Kato Kaelin just because he was associated with a famous murderer.
19:09 😂😂😂
That’s Margaret cho in the audience.
Yeah. What the hell was she doing in a comedy club?
Guy in crowd light 9 minutes to 10 is he Emilio estevez at the table

Oh hey that’s Sarah Silverman, neat. Wonder if this was one of her first gigs?
She’d been on SNL a year or two before as a writer and featured player but much like janeane garofalo it didn’t work out, the show was like 96% male then, totally different humor
Been watching this in order. If the trend continues episode 4 will be some truly unwatchable homemade shit.
You're probably looking for Carlos Mencia or a Transformers movie. This type of comedy is probably a bit too postmodern for you.
It's a bit too something Hans because it blows. if I need help finding programming with questionable artistic merit in the future you are the man.
I actually think this is one of the worst episodes. They'll spring right back though.
The worst part of this episode is that annoying laugh by that annoying woman and bloke
So Tim & Eric?
awesome ep up until the brainless actor role , i fell off right there, never vibed again
