I appreciate how real this video is. Sometimes it feels like when I’m trying to get a grip on things is right when I get sick or feel depressed. At the same time, I am disappointed to see you acknowledging two separate times of feeling sick but still going out into public spaces, a gym and hot yoga no less. I don’t know your life not on camera but living in NYC not knowing how many people you could have come in contact with is irresponsible. Obviously, I’m glad you’re feeling better, but please practice better hygiene in public places, including staying home and masking if you must leave, ESPECIALLY when you KNOW you are sick.
I wanted to say the exact same thing. With the second biggest surge of Covid & the growing number in Long covid, we need to practice caring about not putting others in danger and staying home when we feel sick, even if the slightest.
I agree completely. It’s one thing to have to go to work when your sick which really can’t be helped sometimes, but for optional things like in-person workouts, I just don’t get why you’d go if you’re sick. At the very least wear a mask out of respect for people around you.

I’m sorry I have to comment to the persons original comment ! No it’s natural to get colds my kids are sick every week or other week it seems they still go to school we still go out you have to in order to tebuild our immune systems after the masks with Covid ! She did hot yoga not realizing she was even sick and she had a relax day , best thing is to get back at it ! I’m a busy mom of three boys and after last year my twins being f in JK we were sick all the time , but this year we handled it a lot better as our immune systems have improved ! It’s super important as much as no one enjoys being sick . She simply has a cold . Nothing wrong with going out with a mild sniffle . At all!!!! And with Covid it’s a bronchitis type cold as we have had it many times and it’s literally just a cold . I live in Canada . Anyways great video girl . Keep it going chikka!

I am super jazzed for this! I loved how you incorporated your fitness and lifestyle when you were in Seattle. There was something very attainable about how you did things, it really felt like we were apart of your inner dairy, like we had access to you in a way that not many content creators can do. The magic is really in you talking through everything you want to do and then actually showing us the breakdown. And it doesn't have to be perfect at all, I honestly think it's just the way you talk with us about it.

It’s a great time of the year for starting your health journey afresh and I loved watching what you got up to and ate through the week. I’m in Australia and we’re still actively discouraged from going out when we’re sick, or at least wearing a mask if we have to. It’s freezing in NY at the moment so good to see you hitting the gym and yoga studio. I’ll stick to my air conditioned gym for now as it’s in the 30s C here. Your food looked great too. Keep it up!

As someone who has struggled with an eating disorder I just wanted you to know that mentioning that you haven’t eaten all day is not necessarry, because people compare themselves or think that something is wrong with them or their willpower when they always eat first thing in the morning. I know that you don’t say stuff like that with a bad intention or to trigger anyone, and i am also aware, that its everybodys own responsibility what they think or make out of such words, but maybe it just wasn’t on your mind. But anywayyys, you are such an inspiring and creative human being and i really do enjoy listening to your podcast and watching your videos. Love you🫶🏼

alia, im re-starting this journey as well! I want to go back to lifting weights but dont feel strong enough for that at the moment, so two weeks ago i joined a barre-pilates-core yoga studio and its been the perfect way for me to wake up my muscles! Im sore enough to know that it's working but not so much that I can't keep go to the next day class. we can do this!

I want to go back to lifting weights but dont feel strong enough for that at the moment, so two weeks ago i joined a barre-pilates-core yoga studio and its been the perfect way for me to wake up my muscles! Im sore enough to know that it's working but not so much that I can't keep go to the next day class.
