The hardest part genuinely is the getting started part, and finding what you like. Once it becomes a part of your routine just like showering is, it becomes easier to do it every day. You must find what you like doing. I wana be a pilates girl but i hateeee doing anything on the floor it just hurts. So i do everything standing. I also do not want to run but i love walking and i love emkfits hiit dance videos. Bc i enjoy it i WANT to do it its not a chore
I got through it but i had a very very bad depression and started by making moving a habit and setting a timer at the same time everyday to just stretch or move for however long i could. Just soft movement or whatever i felt i could manage that day, which sometimes isn't a lot. (30mn can feel long but you can start shorter!) Building the habit is the hard part i think... once you start getting used to moving everyday you switch out the stretches for soft workouts or build up to whatever goal you have. A full workout felt soooo daunting when i felt bad but i found out you always come out feeling a bit better when you take the time to move. :) I wish you the best ❤

yes! sports clubs and you don’t need to be good at all! honestly just search for example like “soccer club around me” and they’ll have tons of programs, also it helps to have friends to come join too!

Definitely use the internet home workout are just as effective as going to the gym be consistent with it and you will see results but I suggest start off with the basic like running and walking and figure out your calories deficit and what your goal is
First define what you actually want, how you actually want your body to be, then get a knowledge of what you need to do for that, for example if you wanna increase your height, you might wanna do stretches and increase your flexibility, or if you wanna get strengthier, then do strengthing exercises or even try out pilates. Then, since you can't go to the gym, like the other person said, there's *tons* of youtube workout videos for everything, so, start at home!
Back when I started I made a spreadsheet with RUclips video links, creating a split (eg Mondays are leg day, Tuesdays core, Wednesdays rest, etc). I would adjust it every few months for what I was enjoying. I recommend easing into it, aiming for hitting the sweet spot of failure, then doing progressive overload.

I want to work out so bad but I have depression so it's really hard to start or to keep going and not stop after one exercise😭
