Love this message about lifting weights. It shouldn't be about how our bodies look. Having enough muscle mass as we get older is crucial and will help us to stay self-sufficient as we get old.
Personally I've never struggled with an eating disorder or anything, but I feel like I rarely see RUclips videos, where food isn't presented in a really controlled way: whether it's protein counting, calories, veganism, etc. Most of them have a good message and it's important to be aware of what you are eating, but I always find myself feeling like I can't enjoy my food afterwards anymore, because I can't stop but thinking about it in a controlled way. Your videos are the only ones, where I actually feel like wanting to get up and go to the kitchen in order to cook a balanced, yet tasty meal. So I wanted to thank you for your healthy presentation of natural and diverse food, which feels inspirational and not limiting.

They help us to do some function our organism wouldn’t be capable of. We find a lot of bacteria in our gut and for example some help us to digest fiber. A good nutrition protects our intestinal microbiome which protect us against inflammatory reaction or carcinogenesis. fermented food are crucial bc they contain good bacteria (for example lactic bacteria in kimchi or sauerkraut which help for preservation) so by eating this type of food we bring new good bacteria and also having fiber keep our convenient bacteria alive ! We have kefir yeast, we ferment it with fresh milk and leave it in the fridge for a certain period of time, strain it and drink it. We can also adjust the sourness ourselves. I wish we were closer, I could give you the yeast ツ happy new year 🤍✨️

Have you ever done a video on your warm up routine for running? I've never been a runner but one of my goals for this year is to complete the couch to 5k program. I dont think it's occurred to me before that you should be doing all those stretches before setting off!
Hahah I do very basic common warm up that I found online nothing special and I’ve gotten to a place where I know what things feel good to warm up for me but everyone is different so just try things out and see

The amount of times I have thought about this book after I finished reading it is unhealthy. It’s one of these books that you would give anything to read it for the first time again.

it varies and I need to get my sleep back in order but usually sleep around midnight-1am and wake up at 7-8am 😬
