becoming the "boring" friend and feeling whole and at peace. giving myself a pat on the back with this video because I am truly coming into my own and settling into a routine that feels authentic and good for my soul, my body, and my mind. it allows me to push myself, grow, and take care of myself while also giving me space to lean into quiet and simplicity in the little nyc life. i couldn't be more excited for spring and warmer weather, more runs (hopefully not in the rain) and central park hangouts 💗

It’s something about being in the gym lifting heavy, like 70 lbs farmers carry, 90 lbs plus deadlifts, and flipping those large tires! So empowering and it personally builds my mental confidence

At the beginning of the year I was training for a 21km Marathon and I was super excited about it, had to pull out because I am recovering my knee (this was caused by the pain I had ignored for almost two years) watching your vlogs makes me excited to start running again and gives me the motivation that soon I'll is back on the starting line training for a 21k for 2025! 🥹

I came across your content since I was moving to Seattle from New York City, and now I watch your content from Seattle and I'm able to see New York City stay the same and change too (there's so many different coffee shops, ha.). Well, I lived in your NYC area for a decade (graduate school and work) - I'm familiar with the restaurants, grocery stores, parks (Elizabeth garden was my go to for Friday evening book reading), waterfronts, and even the Blink gym in your video. I use the spirilina powder in smoothies! Works perfect. I normally do the combo blueberries, banana, strawberries, 1/2 orange , spinach. It normally gets grey and looks like concrete. But I think it's tasty. I also have som fiber in it like flaxseeds. (But just have like maximum 2 small teaspoons) 😊😊

I've slowly started becoming the 'boring' friend, and there's not much going on in my life - at first, that kind of hurt because it felt like i was missing out but i think i've come to terms with it and look at it in a positive life, there's not much chaos or drama and i have a lot of time that i put into my hobbies and mental health instead :)
