it's been a little too long since I've made a what i eat in a week video and I thought it was about time. I wanted to share some new and old recipes i've been cooking recently but in a more vlog type format, so let me know how you like it. I am trying to get back into cooking more as I am just getting out of a pretty long non-cooking phase, that even some of you noticed 😅 my recipes don't require much measuring as I always eyeball ingredients, so just use your taste and intuition 😉 hope this video makes you laugh and brings you some fun recipe inspiration to just feel good!

I will try all the recipes for sure!!❤ i love your hair and would like to see a haircare routine since I’ve just dyed my hair blonde😂 and also about the salad with yogurt, I am Turkish and I highly recommend you to try this salad; purslane and grated beets (if you’re not a fan you can try it without or add grated carrots instead) with pickled jalapeno then add yogurt (Turkish yogurt!! 😅😂) and diced garlic ,dill on top then mix mix mix !! Oh and of course olive oil!! OMG I love salads with yogurt and some kind if cheese on top! Yogurt with purslane is a classic appetizer (meze) mostly served with “Rakı” 😂 I got too excited haha! Congrats on the merch🎉❤❤ can’t wait for the next video! And Yoni I was the girl who annoyed you guys when the earthquake happened in Turkey to share infos for help! Can’t thank you enough for being so kind!❤

Maybe because YOUR way of being sustainable is not the only way to be sustainable. Some people are busy and have the money to purchase a food delivery service and green chef makes meaningful steps towards sustainability by using ethically sourced products.

And all of that while offering meat and fish in their menu to eat, aka one of most damaging things you can do for the planet😑

Another way to add protein to pancakes... I add chia seeds and shelled hemp seeds to the mix.
And not for protein... I also add in unsweetened shredded coconut and a little bit of cinnamon. 🥞
