I’m a nutrition student and I loved this. Not only did you demonstrate a nutrient dense week, you didn’t fill this video with bazaar health claims, and extremely expensive ingredients. Well done and looks delicious!!

I love chia pudding with 2T chia, tsp syrup, 1/3c mylk, 1/3c yogurt before gelling over night.

Lunch salmon avocado toast with egg (1 slice if bread)

Dessert granola berries and yoghurt and tea

I love those riced cauliflower bowls from TJs! I always mix in a couple tablespoons of roasted garlic hummus to take it to the next level
