I am glad you are happy about moving on your own, but be careful because NYC is a dangerous city full of aggressive homless people and druggies.The subway area is very, very dangerous and there have been attacks on people here, and women were slapped on the streets.There are deranged men there and the authorities are not doing anything to lock them up.I think you should look at other states regarding your safety.In the last cople of years I have got to a point that I hated NYC because how vulnerable makes you feel.Thank God I left for good.Good luck to u!

Randomly came across your first apartment in NYC video and looked for an update because I think if you really wanted a separate place to eat you could move the arm chair to the other side of the room, with the kitchen island at it's back, and put a small cafe table and your two chairs in front of the windows. But the place is super cute regardless.
