I love your channel Gina, and I’ve done quite a few of your dishes. I was however, waiting for the rice pudding to go in the oven for a short time. I do all of these steps,then put in the oven for approx 20 mins. I love a crust on top. The prayers at the end are a bonus,and when you taste your food,the obvious pleasure that you take in eating your food, makes me smile.
The rice pudding looks awesome. I am 75 yrs old, and I remember the lunchroom at school served rice pucding almoat every day. I love how much you react to your recipes. You are a beautiful woman and I love your channel.
The best rice pudding i ever had was in a bus terminal cafeteria 'waaaayyyyy back in 1978........haha, been searching for that same recipe ever since. Your recipe, Gina Young, makes my mouth water so that's a good sign, gonna 'half' that family size recipe and make me some, i've got "all" of the ingredients on hand, by chance, strangely enough...meant to be. Amen.

Omg I’ve been craving it to but you know what even makes it better bunuelos. It’s a fried little flour tortilla and you put butter on top and eat it with rice pudding it’s heaven. Just get simple flour tortilla recipe make it roll them out like a small pancake and fry them. You will want slap your own face love your Channel Gina be blessed I also want to say thank you for the prayers after every recipe it’s what this world needs 😊

...That instant coffee gave it a mocha taste ...I've never done that , but , i'm a coffee addict and will definitely try that ...My mother used the oven , but , I like the stove top version ....cleans up easier .

I make it, but different recipe. We bake in oven. We don’t use condensed milk. We use cream, whole milk eggs. Like a custard. We also make vanilla sauce to pour over the top after it comes out of the oven.

Where I'm from(Coastal Georgia), rice pudding is a savory dish. It's liver pudding with rice stuffed in a sausage casing. It's amazing how diverse the cuisine is across the Country🙂.
I think there’s different versions. This is more of a dessert, yours is more of a dinner dish. But, yours sounds interesting! Never had it that way, but sounds delicious. I made Gina’s pudding & it really was delicious too. I just love her, I think she’s the best cook on UTUBE! And such a sweet person.
