6-8 miesto tohto roku to treba dať,núť sa usmievať na pódiu (uškliebať sa doslovne,premeniť ten napätý výraz tváre do úšklebku) pri tých povinných pózach,aj pri voľnej zostave,dá sa to vsugerovať a pôjdeš,ako píla.🙏 Vyšklebený budeš pôsobiť na rozhodcov viac uhladeno,ako celok. Viem o čom hovorím.

@@interstellar7373 Naopak to cvičil jak se má a měl progres pořád...teď vymyšlí furt něco novýho a zkouší nějaké rádoby techniky a kde nic tu nic a na starou školu co funguje se defakto vykašlal.

@@XxTrustNoOnexX zrejme nie je dobré prekopať celý tréning,asi je to veľký stres v špatnom slova zmysle pre telo. Možno stačilo obmeniť iba niečo a držať sa toho čo mu funguje.

Interesting, you start heavy and work your way down. Also, I see you looking at the females, lol. Stay focused. I have to sometimes force myself not to look.
When you are "fresh" you can do more reps with heavy weights and then after you drop set you make the sets harder even with less weight. I do my workouts the same way and sometimes in the opposite direction as well.
@6thsense464 yeah I dig it. I often start low and work up and then go back down. Like a yoyo. But that's me.
Why don't you train one muscle completely first and then the other?

I would double down on the back development and leave the already overpowering triceps and shoulders as they are. Makes no logical sense to me.
He train his triceps 1x per week...and back 2x a week.....
I suggest you to learn to speak English, it is very important if you want to succeed in this sport in the USA
