Krizo if you r reading this.. If possible, Use Nautilus Pullover Machine (which dorian yates used to do) it would Isolate Your lats like no other Machine. You only need Width (wider lats) on your back.

Ked som este sportoval, mali sme zakazane si sadat po odcviceni serie, dovod bol ten, ze to velmi zatazuje srdce a nieje to zdrave, museli sme sa prechadzat, ani ziadne predklananie, lebo to vsetko udajne zatazuje srdce. Jedine co bolo kvazi povolene je po stojacky si vylozit jednu nohu na nejaku nizsiu lavicku a laktami sa opriet o koleno. predychavali sme s vic menej zaklonenou hlavou.a aj ked je to zprvu tazsie, pomohlo to, dokonca to budovalo kondicku. to j elen taka moja skusenost, trenerko bol mlady zapaleny typek co mal zedene rozne studie. ale neviem na zaklade coho to cele mal postavene. kazdopadne nikdy som nemal 130kg + a ruky jak kanony, cize :D

@@Erik-xd4zw mal na to školu a riešilo sa to, že nemozes ist z maximalneho vykonu (seria) do maximalneho kludu (sedenie). ze to je velmi zle na srdce a celkovo pre telo. rovnako ako cestny cyklisti musia este po pretekoch dobajkovat aby ich nej*blo. nieco na tom proste je

Bro, instead of worrying about winning the bodybuilding competition, you should worry about increasing that leaning bench press, you know how much weight Kay Greene lifted? 220 kgs that's right 220 kgs, it's you stagnant at 90 kgs! If you want to win the next competition you should train a little powerlifting like ronnie coleman and others did, to then gain density and have great muscle conditioning!
