Le bodybuilding a besoin de Krizo car en plus d'être très très musclé il arrive à avoir une très bonne condition là où les autres soient font trop de rétention d'eau à cause de l'insuline soit pire leurs muscles sont fait de synthol ,Hadi les deltoïdes ,Big rami les deltoïdes et quadriceps ,et Phil heat son physique 3D paraît trop beau pour être vrai ,Krizo a lui aussi cet aspect 3D mais il a un coté granite a la Dorian qui fait que pour moi il devrait gagner l'Olympia si le facteur politique n'entre pas en jeu
Krizo has some of the biggest arms I've ever seen in bodybuilding. Reminds me of Serge Nubret and Sergio Oliva Sr. but bigger. It's refreshing to see because it seems like bodybuilders these days prize and focus on getting massive legs and the arms have taken a back seat. Used to be the opposite. Everyone wanted huge arms.

Have you seen how Samson is looking? Dont get me wrong i love Krizo's physique but he needs to get next level conditioning and good tan, and also practice his posing more ane he will definitely be in the talk for winning but right now i think he will crack top 6
I forgot to mention his abs too, when he js posing his abs are barely visible, he doesnt have a bubble gut but his midsection is just off, he needs to work on getting deeper abs and he will be unstoppable
