The best part about losing weight/getting fit is that it sucks and its one of the hardest things youll do in life, but once you see those results on the scale and in the mirror, it becomes an addiction.
@@spartjovic Hii.. It's sound awful . But don't stop anywhere and continue ur training.. May as time pass it will help as it's long terms process(5-8 months normal) I will pray to god for you -" he may boost ur confidence"
I agree. I've started working out a month ago and seeing the results really boosts my confidence. Seeing that I'm finally getting rid of hating to look at the mirror is awesome!
After working out in the morning after I wake up I always feel so alive and happy. It makes me feel so unstoppable and like I can take on the world. Exercise really is the cure for sadness and low self esteem.
Some people get confused and worried when they first do exercise and their muscles are sore but to be honest if my muscles werent sore i'd think i've done it wrong
Depends on what fitness goals you have. Muscle soreness may not always be required. Jeff Cavaliere from athlean x on RUclips is hands down the best channel to get fitness advice from. Even better in your early years or if you just get out of high school without a clue on how to start exercising.
@@neverforgettodofacepulls782 Athlean x is great and he actually uses facts, unlike this Tech Insider video which is full of a bunch of myths and inaccuracies.
The hard part for me is burning fat, because I like endurance exercises like running and walking but to burn fat I need to do high intensity and I can’t i just get tired to fast and sore any advice lol
the best part is showing everyone you lost weight and acting like it’s no big deal but once you get home you do your little dancy dance and do that “YES” fist thing 😭
I started exercising because I wanted to sleep better. Then I noticed that I had more energy during the day, more focused, generally felt fit, lost fat mass, gained muscle mass, and bounced back from illness more quickly. After those results, it's hard to stop exercising.
@@jastinelim7272 doesnt matter, as long as it fits your life schedule. But maybe dont do it too late at night since it can give you an energy boost, so you cant sleep
the muscle soreness they r talking about feels so good to me. I sleep quicker and better when my muscles r sore from workout. just because i know the workout worked and soreness wont be there the next time
Exercising can be hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 300 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 200 lbs and Im happy like I never been in my life.
it's more important to do a few exercises properly and consistently (every day) then pushing yourself to the soreness limit few times a week and end up hating it ;) after all fitness is about fun & health :)
Exercise isn't the hard part it's the nutrition edit- how tf did this get so many likes? lol well anyway I'll be happy to say since posting my original comment I've lost 20 pounds :)
Dis Master I agree. I remember coming home from a run in track from school and when I got home I felt so unhealthy and like I needed a salad and water or something of the like. What my mother cooked that day wasn't extremely unhealthy, the only thing unhealthy was the chicken and the juice I drank but I still felt like I needed a healthy meal and then I realized that it wouldn't be too hard for me to get into a good nutrition if I keep exercising. I'm someone who has never liked eating greens and all that diet stuff so the fact that I was craving them surprised and inspired me as well so good for me I guess
+Petit Ane White meat such as chicken isn't bad for you, and even red meat can be healthy in moderation. You'll find high amounts of saturated fat in nuts too so I guess they're not healthy right? Dietary cholesterol doesn't seem to correlate with the cholesterol built up in the body either. The Protein from animal products such as meat is what's called a 'complete protein' which means it contains a complete profile of amino acids, the plant proteins you are referring to are incomplete and on their own, do no provide sufficient amino acids. Also you can't get Taurine or B12 on a Vegan diet without supplementing (supplements are man made).
Once your body adjusts to regular exercise, it becomes hard not to exercise. Your body craves it. If I go more than 2 days without running, I feel kind of blah. Once I get a run in, I feel so much better.
Sooo true, I kinda missed out on trainings for a week and a half, and I started to feel extremely tired, It was difficult to even get out of the bed, or just move from place to place. It’s good that I caught up with trainings, and had 1 cardio and 1 workout since
The thing is I wanted to loose weight, but I actually felt confident when I started exercising.. so my whole mindset has changed. I don't want to be skinny anymore. I want to be strong ✌️
i used to love it & hate it at the same time, and then i found out why - ruclips.net/video/_fbCcWyYthQ/видео.html now i work out every day and i don't get sore, but i do get the results i want :) give it a try ;)
Peepeepoopoo’s Peepeepoopoo yo runners are a different breed bro. I play soccer and I usually get my shit rocked at every game. But deadass I have so much admiration for runners. Like y’all really just be out the running just to run and motivating yourself and you can’t even take breaks or nothing. Like I did track once and the longest I ever ran was the 200 and it killed me
I just started working out daily. I started with just 10 mins a day, EVERYDAY for about 2 weeks and bumped it up to 20 mins. I needed to make it a habit and routine. I feel fantastic and my body is toning up. Im 2 days into an official workout program so hopefully I'll stick to it 💪
Crazy how long ago I wrote this haha Working out is now a big part of my life. I've never felt/looked better 😁 I'm so glad I started with 10 mins a day. Something super achievable and everyone can do.
Start from anywhere , whatever fits ur goal: temporary or long term. I personally started with yoga just to get back my flexibility and fix body pain after my cancer surgery and weight gain. Switched to hiit after couple month because i was scared to re join gym. Worst mistake ever. My body couldn’t handle it probably. Had to take a break , gained more weight then gave up for a year but finally got back to it. this time, it was kick boxing ; did it for 3months , then switched to swimming(40 min or atleast 700m) this summer and still doing yoga 4-5 times a week. If i cant work out on sm day, i go for a walk , fast enough to raise my heart rate to be in zone 2 atleast . Lost 11 cm(4. Smthing inches) on my waist . I know it’s slow but im just trying to be disciplined and eating clean. I strated tracking my cal after kickboxing. I used to burn 700kcal approx and my bmr is around 1700( Used to eat approx 2200 but wasnt very disciplined ). After switching to swimming i burn approx 300 to 550 kcal and eat arround 1.6k to 1.8k cal . I knw sm do all this while fasting or on a very low calorie, below their bmr but every time i went below 1500cal , it just made me very sick and i end up catching a nasty cold so maye it’s not for me.
Pixxelated I love the pain, it makes me feel proud that I worked myself hard enough to the point that I was tired. If you aren’t tired after a workout, I don’t really count it as a good enough workout
Whenever i'm finished with a workout, unless i'm not half-dead, i feel guilty like i didn't push myself enough. I feel like a warrior when i do push myself though, it's great.
@@gravemind6536 i have been doing regular excersice for some 2 years and still hate it for the most part. Its just an annoying thing that has to be done for general health
@@gravemind6536 Yep, staying fit, motivated, active and actually feel like doing something productive with yourself both physically and mentally feels good instead of being low self-esteem, couch all day, just surviving instead of living sucks. If any of you or future people see this comment, take it from someone who's been through years in hell but still retain it's character to the letter. I say steer the course, cause it's not worth enduring the pain from the past and perhaps something small like soreness, they both share short term problems, full commitment becomes easy if you keep trying and continue. You might fail, stop, or reflect, but I say again, keep on at it. And you just made yourself a good long term objective goal of yourself, congratulations if you started or at somewhere beyond this point. It's not easy, but always remember you gotta finish strong. Exercise makes me have a good sleep after so I tend to workout at our house during the night. If you really want some intense ones, go hike up some mountains. That's a good strength and endurance work out with the elements.
My great grandparents always worked out. Lived to their 90s. Their daughter, my gma obviously, didn’t and left this earth just a few years after her parents. Take care of yourselves y’all.
Mig 28 the problem with mental health people is that if you find something related to it, you start believing it... sorry dude but exercise (especially yoga) will certainly reduce anxiety.... maybe you find increased in anxiety due to sleep deprivation... 90% depression and anxiety is caused by lack of physical activity and over stimulating of dopamine receptors. We were borned to hunt and eat not just sit and use internet dude...
Mig 28 I'm so sorry brother I can't help your granny.... but you should feel lucky to have granny.... everyone doesn't have granny and don't even get chance to see her(including myself). till she is alive take care of her.. remember everyone has to die one day. just Google nofap and benefits.. trust me .... it will change your life forever.
I’m 28 and have started exercising for the past two months and it makes me feel so good lol! This has become my new favourite hobby now and I’m looking to join the gym as a result of this. I’ve also made changes to my diet by cutting down on junk food and trying to eat more healthily and try to drink plenty of water on a regular basis.
Keegan Olsen That’s awesome! I’m on my school’s varsity swim and track team and I have barbell classes at school. I just can’t get myself to go to the gym over the summer lmao.
Exercising has literally changed my life I used to have horrible postural issues. I lived in chronic pain so severe I thought I was having a heart attack some days from the severity of spasms in my pericardium. Exercising 4-5 days per week for about 2 years now has cured me completely of my chronic pain... Some days it will creep back, often when I skip working out for more than a few days... But otherwise I never get spasms anymore and I'm able to breathe for the first time in my life. Exercise is the best drug in existence and its completely free! Cannot recommend it enough
As an older adult I will attest that being in shape when something sneaks up on you (injury, hip surgery etc) you will bounce back soooo much faster. It is better to be ahead of the 8 ball when the unthinkable happens.
I’ve been doing an HIIT workout for 8mins everyday for 72 days now. It went from a chore, to a habit, to a lifestyle. Like second nature to me now. Never going back.
I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference in my overall energy. I started eating better and going to the gym every morning. After about a few days I was able to make it through the day without having to take a nap. I usually got so sleepy around 2 pm but now I have so much energy and I'm able to get so many things done.
It took me about two months to stop feeling absolutely exhausted everyday from doing excercise, I've been constantly working out for about 5 months and I have way more energy than I have had in a long time but it was very difficult during the first two months, I guess that's why people quit before seeing results.
Hey! Thanks a lot for sharing. Were you doing aerobic exercise (jogging/biking etc.) or strength/resistance training everyday when you wrote this comment?
I think one thing they also forgot to mention is that you are always hungry AF. I do weightlifting and cardio bout 4-5 days a week and I eat about 4 pounds of food a day.
I've been active my whole life. I love it. Then I got sick. Chronically. Before I knew it 3 years went by without exercising regularly. Trying and failing because my body couldn't do it. 😢 For the first time since, I'm feeling like my body is ready to get back into it. I'm barely in my first week and things are going well. Although it feels like I'm starting from the beginning again, my body remembers the movements well. This helps as my body painfully pushes through my workouts. I can't change my illness but I know I'm only going to do my body good by pushing through. Videos like this help me hold on to my end goal. Good luck to everybody! We can do it!
Hey y'all, one piece of advice to newcomers to fitness: Start slow and go steady. I think people involved in the fitness community often forget what it's like to be a complete beginner, to be completely out of shape and weak. Or maybe they never were a beginner. Being in pain is bad. It's discouraging. It causes people to quit. Don't dive in head first and go all-in. If you live a lifestyle of relative physical ease and then suddenly can't walk for 5 days because you did some bodyweight squats, it's very discouraging. If you're coming from a sedentary lifestyle, anything is better than nothing. It's the small things we do every day that matter, not twice a year heavy workouts. Start with 5 minutes of exercise even, and commit to it. You can do it, it's just making small choices every day. It's not as scary or hard as many people try to make it seem.
Very very true. This was me for a few years ago. I'd get into fitness, get overwhelmed by how hard and demanding the exercise is and quit after a few days or so. I have now restarted but I decided to take it slow. Started with a 5 minute exercise, I have now progressed to a 15 minute exercise and going strong. Consistency > intensity
It’s been a near two year journey. I always encourage consistency over motivation. I went from 3x a week to 5x a week of 1 hr of strength training and 20 minutes of cardio. It’s better to have the goal of just moving first. Once you start seeing progress, your active lifestyle becomes habitual and you’re proud of what you’ve accomplished.
I've been doing Calisthenics/street workout for years so far. Even though I'm not ripped as I have a fast metabolism, I can say that my confidence and self-esteem have increased extremely plus the fact that everytime I achieve a new exercise it becomes more addictive. I see myself still doing exercise in the future as an old man, starting to do exercise has been of the best decisions of my life
@@anessamartinez5828 i feel u. It's kinda intimidating the first few times you go. Maybe work with a group or with a trainer? Or bring a friend along during the quite times?

It takes way less than 9 months to see those kinds of results in my experience (I'm 21 so that may be a reason but still, progress happens really fast and it's quite motivating)
I'm 32 and it took way less than 9 months to see massive results.. But then again, I've been trying to eat healthy gradually and I wasn't really fat (just some skinny fat here and there).
37 and last year started weights first time. I'm 6"3 went from 335lbs to 208, go no breaks so it doubles as cardio and it's crazy. Look like a different person snd feeling great.
I been doing for years with very little results. I would have to seriously train every day to improve. Like a hard core athlete. Not all bodies are the same.
When I start exercising, I hit it hard. It invigorates me. I see my muscles in the mirror getting stronger and stronger each day and exercising becomes an addiction. Then after a few months of daily exercise, I plateau. I try to keep the weight increasing but then I get shoulder pain. The initial inspiring energy boost is gone and I start feeling like I'm slacking even when I'm still lifting an hour a day, because I'm no longer ramping up the intensity. Then I hit a busy week or get hurt and take a break and suddenly I've lost all my gains.
Dude that kinda happened to me, I got comfortable. Than I realized after a bit damn I'm not moving up. I started to take super short rests (30sec) that's been getting me sore AF.
When this happens, it's good to research other work outs and change up your work out regimine. Find different ways to work out the same muscles or ways to work out ones you haven't been, even ways to work out different muscle groups at the same time. My body felt amazing when I took a class that pushed my body through work outs it wasn't used to. This and adding more meals that give a balance of protein, carbs and vegetables. My muscles took a much more defined shape by adding more balance meals and protein to my diet. I didn't even have to switch up my work outs too much.
RUclips tracked me searching for a workout video and then recommended me this. I have started to excercise a bit more in past 2-3 weeks, and wanted to do something more exhaustive. Now RUclips is telling me the long term benefits. I think I'll have to grow out of my low self confident self and go for runs despite being visibly overweight and having a funny looking running gait, after the pandemic is over, ofcourse :D
I hope you started walking or jogging _before_ the "end" of the pandemic, as long as you distance yourself from others (and wear a mask if you feel safer that way), because who knows when this will truly be over? I'm self-conscious about my weight and larger body, and it took a while for me to realise that no one is as concerned about my body than I am, and that if anything, others will see that I'm _trying,_ I'm working on myself. So, hold your head high and start jogging or even walking, to start. Improved physical and mental health, including self-esteem are some of the benefits of exercise and moving your body more.
Remember: 1 session/run to feel good 90 days to introduce a new positive habbit 12 weeks to notice your own results 6 months to feel healthier/more fit and have others notice your work 1 lifetime to make good choices.
I'm 56 and have always workout since i was 16 yrs. Old. Heavy weight lifting for 35 yrs. And can still lift heavy but i do supension pushups, and pullups. I jog 25 to 28 miles a wk. And can't imagine not doing some form of exerciseing. I see young people that r to lazy to walk across a parking lot and am just amaze how younger people like that get anything done because it seems like they couldn't clean their house, cut their grass, wash their car, or anything that consist of physical work for 30 minutes. If i don't workout i get depressed and feel like shit. I wish people would realize how important exercising is.
The moment I stop exercising for a couple weeks my blood pressure Ramps up to 140 and when I’m consistent it stays below 120, dude, exercise is a miracle worker for your health. I hate working out but even running 5 minutes a day makes so much of a difference
being doing HIIT and weight exercise for 4-5 days per week since January, and I am so happy I forced it into a habit. I am not as stressed as I was before, almost always I will be tiring enough to sleep at 10pm and not being late for work at 8am the next day because I have adequate sleeping hours. I have also being eating a lot healthier and cheaper too because I don't feel like paying $10 for overprice junk food after the work out. And the best part? I no longer feel ashamed of my body, I used to hunch myself in public because I felt my man boobs and belly are sticking out, I still don't have abs yet, but I no longer feel ashamed about my body in front of the public. My confidence is back. For those who are trying to make it a habit, please go for it, It is so worth it for yourself and everyone around you.

You'll actually see through research that there is an increase in your Vo2 max even just after 3 weeks of moderate to intensive exercise lol. Interesting video though :)
Started working out 4x a week recently and I feel good, I can understand why people enjoy it. You feel productive every time and motivated to push yourself 💯
I actually now love muscle soreness - gives me the feeling I pushed my boundaries a little further. Now I can run 5 km in 25 minutes instead of 30, and workout 1.5 hour after that straight away. And throughout the week, meh, just biking 10km a day to college and back ^^ And it's true, the first few weeks of that biking made my legs feel like carrying concrete. But now I've gotten used to it. Same with swimming also. When I started, two years ago (after 8 year break ), it was a GOOD deal tougher than I remembered. But now I can swim an hour straight, or 1km swimming in roughly 35 minutes. And keeping this up, I hope to join the army coming year. Good luck you guys with your fitness, and wish me luck for the Army please. ^^ And cheers for this video also! God bless, take care
"Exercise smart and often, and you'll be running marathons in no time" Yeah, no thanks. I mostly did long distance endurance runs growing up. I ran one marathon, and that was enough. I now just do weightlifting in the gym, and low intensity cardio (hiking) outside. I'm injured far less often, I feel much better and have more energy than any point when I was a runner. I still think running is a great sport, and I love checking out results from top track athletes and runners. I just don't think the average person should look at running marathons as the pinnacle of athletic achievement.
I started consistently working out since later September and im really glad i did. Even though i still struggle with insecurities, my stamina has improved and i feel more confident at times. I use to hate stretching and now i love it. I can’t sleep without stretching. Sometimes i don’t want to workout but my body does you know? Like it aches for it but im too tired or low on energy.
I'm so proud of myself, I started doing prolonged fasting because I had chronic back pain I refused to take my pain meds because they made me feel strange and want to sleep around the clock. The fasting reset my body brought the inflammation down in my spine and gave me the energy to get off my couch. I've been practicing bed ridden with pain almost 2 years. Waking up on my first day without pain rolling out of bed was a miracle! I decided to take advantage, but afraid I might be pushing it. I took the plunge went on RUclips and found Leslie Sansone's Walk at home program been doing it every day. I feel young again at 66 in a few weeks. I've got weight to loose but who cares because right now I'm concentrating on fitness, health, and wellness. Thank God exercise is giving me back my Life!🙏❤️🙏
One of the reasons why I started to exercise is because of too much stress, I read an article that exercise can relieve our stress so I did and it helps me. Now, my day is not complete if I don't exercise
Working out is a lifestyle really. For me it is. Since age 14 I weight lifted and when I do not go to gym something negative happens to me , mentally I get out of focus and other things that' are negative are getting irritable very easily and I just do not feel content when I'm not training. I had 2 years off , no weights for 2 years , fully UNVACCED so I took a break , gained 40 pounds as well ...now I'm back and loving life again. It's discipline to go to gym day in day out and after a while it becomes part of your life. I love it. Getting up in morning knowing I'm head to gym before anything else I like to get my session done early 5 am to 6am and my day has begun. Exercise is the best thing for staying strong and young. There's no weakness in strength.
Just started my long walks. I'm not doing it to lose weight as I don't need to as a 176lb male. I'm doing it not only to strengthen my legs and breathing doing cardio like exercises, but to gain endurance, and preparing for something big in the near future. :) I can walk like 4-4.5mph, but my casual walk is 3mph just like the average human walking speed. And started doing it for 2.5 hours a day for now. In doing so made me having to drink more water during the day, and it's important to stay hydrated before the walk, and bring water with you.
Yes! I started using resistance bands during the pandemic and never looked back. Actually in better shape than when I had a gym membership. Now I've got all the benefits of regular exercise w/out all the hassle of a crowded gym😋
After a horrible personal experience, I started exercising in April and I've been consistent. I've lost over 35+ pounds and I'm not stopping. Exercising becomes an addiction and it's my favorite time of the day, it goes by so fast
Since July 2020 I have lost 24kilos by regular exercise and controlling my diet. I do feel sooo great. I have a friend who weighs similar to what I was, recently we went for a walk and there were a lot of stairs, she couldn't breathe, keep up. I didn't even break into sweat. It was more eye opening than anything. Literally 6 months ago I was in that state. It is so great to be moving as you want.. exercise is the bestest friend one can have!
You do not have to work out to the point of pain and discomfort to be in great shape. You have to be consistent! I am 61 and tracked my workouts for over 30 years. I get exercise at least 20 days a month - long walk, golf, gym routines, rowing machine at home. I have never been out of shape and I am almost never sore after exercising. I am 6'2" - 195 lbs, 14.6% body fat and have been close to that for 30 years. The worst mistake to make when getting back into exercise is to work out TOO HARD the first few times and get really sore. Be careful. Exercise key and remember - YOU CANNOT OUTRUN A BIG MAC! There is not way to out exercise a bad diet. Do not dig your grave with your teeth!
I'm 63 and my VO2 max is 47.5 ( 99% percentile for my age ), and I don't even think I'm in my best shape yet. It's just that now that covid is mostly behind us, I've been able to maintain regular workouts. Consistency is key but also proper nutrition, rest and recovery.
One of the best part of losing weight is seeing the reactions of the people or relatives who you haven't seen in a while. I lost like 10kgs previous month and I still get to see those surprised faces 😀🔥
I have a lot of problems with mitochondrial production. I have M.E/C.F.S. I was bed bound 7 months ago but with graded exercise therapy I can walk for 22 minutes now. Seems like nothing to some but it’s like running a marathon to me. Slow and steady you guys 🚶🏼♀️🏃♀️
I used to get dizzy when i started exercising like a month ago, then i found out i wasn't breathing correctly and I started doing too much exercising too quickly. Maybe u should see a fitness trainer or start slow
Start at a lower level of intensity for whatever activity you are doing. You’re not doing anything wrong; its just that your body needs more time to adjust if you’re very out of shape or have some other health issues. For example, you may not be able to run a mile continuously (which for some is a benchmark of fitness) but take breaks in between or jog at a slower pace. You can do it!
It feels amazing once you get used to it. Specially when you were used to take bad decisions that only took you to dark and sad paths instead. It's not until you fall that you realize what matters is not the fact that you fell, but how you recover.
I practice taichi, jog, push up, bar chin up, leg raise, brisk walk, breathing exercise, & relax hand swinging sideway. All in 45 minutes or an hour, 6 days a week! I am 56 by june 2022.( been doing it since 2007)
Started running just a mile every few days, and feel more energized and lost 12lbs without even trying. Been focusing on strength training the past 7 years and never felt as good until I combined the two.
I hate intense exercise, but I do very intense cardio and weights nearly everyday purely because of that sore dead feeling afterwards, feels so rewarding :)
Once you actually like doing it, the worst part of exercising is not being able to do it because of being sore...

Depends on what fitness goals you have. Muscle soreness may not always be required. Jeff Cavaliere from athlean x on RUclips is hands down the best channel to get fitness advice from. Even better in your early years or if you just get out of high school without a clue on how to start exercising.

the exercising is the easiest part. the hardest part is the nutrition. It’s all day everyday.

80% diet and 20% exercise. You’re right. Nutrition is the harder part.
The hard part for me is burning fat, because I like endurance exercises like running and walking but to burn fat I need to do high intensity and I can’t i just get tired to fast and sore any advice lol

I started exercising because I wanted to sleep better. Then I noticed that I had more energy during the day, more focused, generally felt fit, lost fat mass, gained muscle mass, and bounced back from illness more quickly.
After those results, it's hard to stop exercising.

Exercising can be hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 300 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 200 lbs and Im happy like I never been in my life.

edit- how tf did this get so many likes? lol well anyway I'll be happy to say since posting my original comment I've lost 20 pounds :)
Rae Eliza When I exercise regularly it just makes me want to eat healthy. Its like your body is craving better nutrition.
I know things, Remember? chicken is healthy
“excercise isn’t hard”
*_LIES_*
You just explained my situation

Lost 20+ kgs and still maintaining it after 7 years. Workout 6 times a week and absolutely love it.
What's your work plan like please??
That's depressing.

Exercising has literally changed my life
I used to have horrible postural issues.
Its better to do HIIT thrice in a week. Overtraining is an issue
“Recommended for you”

I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference in my overall energy. I started eating better and going to the gym every morning. After about a few days I was able to make it through the day without having to take a nap. I usually got so sleepy around 2 pm but now I have so much energy and I'm able to get so many things done.
It took me about two months to stop feeling absolutely exhausted everyday from doing excercise, I've been constantly working out for about 5 months and I have way more energy than I have had in a long time but it was very difficult during the first two months, I guess that's why people quit before seeing results.

What about every other day?
I am the powerhouse of this cell
Mack R. Fuckin preach it sista.
Just shut up and serve your time
It’s been a near two year journey.

Then I hit a busy week or get hurt and take a break and suddenly I've lost all my gains.
real depressing
Dude that kinda happened to me, I got comfortable. Than I realized after a bit damn I'm not moving up. I started to take super short rests (30sec) that's been getting me sore AF.
Eat more
When this happens, it's good to research other work outs and change up your work out regimine.
But the nutrition part is hard to keep up.
I only like to stay in shape because everything is cheaper slimmer. Yeah I’m a cheapskate
That's smart tbh
Mauz I was going to comment that 😂
That is a boldface untruth.
I work out to try to gain muscle not lose weight. I envy people that have to work out to stay small cuz I'm a pip squeak with a high metabolism
Yep all my clothes are cheaper now tehe
RUclips tracked me searching for a workout video and then recommended me this. I have started to excercise a bit more in past 2-3 weeks, and wanted to do something more exhaustive. Now RUclips is telling me the long term benefits. I think I'll have to grow out of my low self confident self and go for runs despite being visibly overweight and having a funny looking running gait, after the pandemic is over, ofcourse :D
I think building muscle is more effective when trying to lose weight and you can do it home too. I use this app called home workout.
Remember:
1 session/run to feel good
90 days to introduce a new positive habbit
12 weeks to notice your own results
6 months to feel healthier/more fit and have others notice your work
1 lifetime to make good choices.
That is awesome!
- First Day: alert and energized
- Day After: DOMS - sore for about 72hrs. Less likely to get it again if regularly exercising those same muscles.
- Next few weeks: higher production of mitochondria - cells that convert food into fuel for muscle efficiency.
- After 6-8 Weeks: mitochondria increases by 50%
- 6 Months: visible progress and more likely to keep exercising

This video came in time perfectly. I used to have very active lifestyle about 7 years ago. Then slowly felt tired and heavy along the years. Just last week I started to do walking and jumping rope and jogging. Played basketball two days ago and I'm starting to feel energized again. Thanks to this motivating video.
Alpha Male Me too. I jump rope 3x a day for 10mins and I go for a little jog in the morning.
why did you feel tired and heavy? was it because of your diet? I want to know so I can prevent it
@@servantofallah8029 do you do a warming up before you jump rope? Or do you just start and when you started jogging, did you start it up very slowly or also just started running?
@@isabellahu4606 Nah mate jogging but before the skipping sessions I stretch a little because jump rope isn't too intense.
my fitness journey started in march last year. it’s incredible how confident and happy i got from it. it was simply amazing, the best time of my life.
but 6 months in, i gave up. i dont know why. i just lost all my motivation. i stopped working out and stopped focusing on being healthy. i slowly got back to square one.
but now im getting back on track. im starting over and i will do my best not to give up again, and finally reach my goals!
good luck to everyone on their fitness journey. you can do whatever you set your mind to!❤️
Hows it going? I hope ur still on track
@@genesisnelson3036 i had lost a lot of weight… i was really fit last summer. but then i had some mental health issues and i gained some of the weight back… just these days i’ve (re)started having healthy habits because i realized i can’t keep gaining weight, it isn’t ok for my mental and physical health. so yeah, basically i’m on my way back to who i was last year and i’m hopeful it will go well. thanks for asking!💕
Have started my workout 2 months ago, 15 to 30 minutes at morning and night, sneak to toilet doing inclined push up or stretching at work..happy to see my muscles and strength are getting stronger and stronger❤
I was powerlifting before catching covid. 6 months later and I finally feel well enough to start over. Makes no sense how hard it hit me. 33yrs old, no smoking or drinking or health problems. Not overweight, fit. I'm back to day 1 thank God
February will be my ninth month on cardio and lifting wish me luck guys💯👌
KiIler Bear good luck

NotThePizzaGuy You got this 😊👏 Well done 👍
NotThePizzaGuy Hello there stranger, I wish you the best, keep doing it great! 🤜🏿🤛🏿
You'll actually see through research that there is an increase in your Vo2 max even just after 3 weeks of moderate to intensive exercise lol. Interesting video though :)
I run alot in fornite so yea
Gin Died same, and pubg too before pubg started dying
Gin Died lmao 😂😂😂😂
That game is filled with a lot of racist 12 year olds so I quit.
I couldn't think of a username thats a dumb reason to quit.
Gin Died If you want to be associated with immature 12 year olds that's up to you.
And throughout the week, meh, just biking 10km a day to college and back ^^
And it's true, the first few weeks of that biking made my legs feel like carrying concrete.
And cheers for this video also!
God bless, take care
Good luck in all your achievements!! Wish you all the best 👌

"Exercise smart and often, and you'll be running marathons in no time"
Yeah, no thanks.
Thank God exercise is giving me back my Life!🙏❤️🙏
Just did a two our workout... Had a shower.... Lying on bed and suddenly found this vid...i feel so great now... The sore muscles makes me feel great
I’ve been regularly exercising for 5 months now and I’m loving it.
I don’t exercise and I feel great
One of the reasons why I started to exercise is because of too much stress, I read an article that exercise can relieve our stress so I did and it helps me.
Working out in your house with music on is a bliss
Yes! I started using resistance bands during the pandemic and never looked back. Actually in better shape than when I had a gym membership. Now I've got all the benefits of regular exercise w/out all the hassle of a crowded gym😋
I love working out( jogging, boxing, lifting weights). My diet is my biggest obstacle.
After a horrible personal experience, I started exercising in April and I've been consistent. I've lost over 35+ pounds and I'm not stopping. Exercising becomes an addiction and it's my favorite time of the day, it goes by so fast
1 year of exercising more than 4 times a week and I feel amazing! 2020 here we goooo!
Little do you knew about 2020 💀💀
we were yet so innocent...
This comment didn't age well. Hopefully you did!
Covid:
We'll see about that.,..
I don’t know whether to laugh or cry…
Since July 2020 I have lost 24kilos by regular exercise and controlling my diet. I do feel sooo great. I have a friend who weighs similar to what I was, recently we went for a walk and there were a lot of stairs, she couldn't breathe, keep up. I didn't even break into sweat. It was more eye opening than anything. Literally 6 months ago I was in that state. It is so great to be moving as you want.. exercise is the bestest friend one can have!
I love the feeling of being sore and going to bed after a warm shower. The best feeling in the world
You do not have to work out to the point of pain and discomfort to be in great shape.
Lol who can run 3 miles in their first week of working out?!?
PhaseSkater not that hard. You can do 1 mile rest 0.5 rest and 0.5. And you have 2 more days left of your first week ;)
PhaseSkater if ur not a smoker maybe
Could do 6 at an 8 minute pace first Week.
Carlos Velazquez you'll get better
I'm struggling to run a mile in less than 10 minutes so far, idk how you guys did it ._.
This is what happens when I excercise: I get tired, my heart beats faster and harder, and I run out of breath.
Very dangerous.
Hmmm 🤔
Probably allergic
Um no hes not allergic 🤦♂️😂 funny tho but maybe asthma
@@finesse9892 it was a joke. 🙂
2:50 Am I the only one bugged by that blue guy’s weird walking?
Perhaps his jock strap is too tight?
Lmao
Yr not it is so disturbing
Janky walking is so unnatural
It feels amazing once you get used to it. Specially when you were used to take bad decisions that only took you to dark and sad paths instead. It's not until you fall that you realize what matters is not the fact that you fell, but how you recover.
👏👏
