This video gave me a good idea for what the opposite of certain movements is, but I have a few questions. One, diamond incline pushups vs 175 pounds for the antagonist muscle group? How is a diamond at all going to hit the antagonist muscles to the same extent? Two, can you do ring chest flies and wide grip pull ups as a superset?

How about sitting back a lil bit and let your arms cross your body (so one higher and one lower, change each set) at the cable lat pull down. For a bigger stretch and a longer range of motion ?

All depends . Do u train muscles Once or twice a week . For me I like doing between 20-30 sets per muscle group and work them twice a week . Around 12-14 sets twice per week that is

I did this workout yesterday, man I'm sore and I love it. I added dead lifts after the lat pull ups super-set with push ups.
Pull up - Push up
Cable kneeling - Cable fly
Bench press - Bent over row
Single arm row - İncline diamon push up
İncline db press - incline db row
