In this workout you will be working for 3 rounds of 30 seconds per exercise. Our goal is to challenge our strength and your cardio today so be ready to push! Breathe and work hard so we can kick off an epic day with this workout!
The Exercises:
1. Sumo Squat jump to sumo squats
2. Clean and press
3. Dumbbell jackknives
4. Broad jump and backpedal
5. KB Swings
6. Single Arm Rows
7. Single leg crunch with dumbbell
8. Heel tap heel tap power squat jump
9. Single leg RDL to reverse lunge
10. Push press to Split jerk
11. Wood chopper
12. Inchworm jump and turn
13. Power Glute Bridge
14. Regular curl and power curl to slow eccentric
15. DB Straight arm sit up and twist at top

Really love this format! Am I the only one who kinda loves when Sydney skips something in a round by mistake? Not because we skip the exercise, but because it's real and reminds me that she's doing this "along with us", not scripting and editing. Happy Friday everyone 💪💪

WOW! Today was one of those days where I felt amazing, powerful, and totally crushed this workout! This weekend I am aiming to stick to an earlier wake up time. I have a tendency to sleep in a little too much on the weekends which in turn burns up more of my day than I would like!! Hope everyone felt great during this workout, enjoy your weekend!
Back for August 2023 and somehow missed this the first time around. Holy moly! This was so challenging and I am pouring sweat! Used heavier dumbbells and absolutely loved it.

As the weather warms up my arms have been on full display. When I was younger I hated my vascular arms and now I am proud of the work that goes in to toning. All because of Sydneys workouts and my commitment. Thank goodness I found your channel.

I feel like I lose track of what I eat on weekend 😢 but just before the training with Sydney I decided to plan what I am gonna eat tomorrow today!) I hope that I’ll be able to do that😊 and also for me what’s important and what I lose track of is my spiritual practices, cause all the family’s at home and cetera et cetera.. and also tomorrow will be a great great event “global crisis. I loved that workout and post workout talk. I’ve been limiting my weekend “extras” so I don’t feel like crap on Sunday and then I use Sunday to get another workout in. It helps me get my week off on the right start.
WOW! What a powerful workout. I was able to use a little heavier each round, except the lunges. My balance was off today so I dropped down in weights and focused on that. ❤❤💪💪

I typically save Friday and Saturday workouts for Saturday and Sunday of the week because it makes me move on my days off. Always helps me feel productive and gives me Mondays off to start the week a little easier.
