    IMPORTANT: please watch the update video on the October bulletin because when I made this first video they had not released the information regarding using table B! ruclips.net/video/4vlAp2ZHauQ/видео.html

    You were right last year, I was over optimistic. Little disappointing as I was expecting at least a one month advancement in EB2 :(

    • @OscarsGreenCard
      @OscarsGreenCard  Год назад

      Yes, too bad. Good news is that AOS can use Table B (I made another video about that), but the Table A only moved 7 days anyway so visa numbers are available accordingly

    Oscar a question about table A and B, you mean that if your filling form inside of the US dates on table A are when you will be getting your green card and if your filling form outside of the US, dates on table B is when you will be getting your green card, Correct?

    • @OscarsGreenCard
      @OscarsGreenCard  Год назад

      No. For both of them, table A is what governs when you will get a green card. You won't complete the process outside or inside the US until Table A lets you

    So let's say like this, not a very good news for those in Consular Processing but certainly a very good news for those in AOS setting. By the way I have came a cross a few cases from Islamabad Embassy in Pakistan where even priority dates are current but people are waiting for their IV interview call a year now. When Visa Issuance Statistics is released, the ISB embassy is issuing only a few E2 visas every month. Seems like their emphasis are on issuing IVs to Afghan refugees to the US which are in hundreds.

    Hi Oscar, super sad news!
    I was expecting my EB3 Skilled Professional PD to become current (July 29 2022).
    To be honest, after today, I’m no more with good expectations of further progress this FY for the ROW.
    Have you any expectations for this category?
    Thanks!

    Hi Oscar. if someone has PD in october 2023 can start filing the i-485? I am so confused about the table B. Does it move once in a year or on monthly basis?

    • @OscarsGreenCard

      If your PD is earlier than the date shown in table B, yes. It's that simple

    Do you know why EB5 for Indian’s so much retrogressed. I am May 2019, and missed it by 6 months. EB5 numbers being so low, was expecting to advance further. Do you know if it will soon for my case date?

    • @OscarsGreenCard
      @OscarsGreenCard  Год назад

      If it retrogressed, it is always because the demand is too high. And no, I don't know what will happen in the future

    @thediversityprofessor2174 Год назад

    Since they have already announced the PD for EB1 for Indians to be 1 Jan 2017 based on the GC availability for FY 2024, why should we check visa bulletins every month to see if PD has moved since they will not be increasing the GC availability for FY 24? Please help me understand.

    • @OscarsGreenCard
      @OscarsGreenCard  Год назад

      because things change (demand), and there are also quaterly caps on top of annual caps as you can read in the footnotes of the visa bulletin

    • @thediversityprofessor2174
      @thediversityprofessor2174 Год назад

      @@OscarsGreenCard okay the quarterly cap makes sense but what about the demand? If they say Jan 1, 2017 they are taking into account the already pending I-485 applications with them right? So based on quarterly allocation, the PD can only move behind, can it even move forward in the next 12 months?

    • @kuldeepmakwana7242
      @kuldeepmakwana7242 Год назад

      This chart has been made keeping only first in mind. Regardless anybody has recently files 485 right before retrogression should not be hopeful to get it before a couple of years or even more of wait time based on the remaining no of cases they already had at the end of 2nd quarter of FY 2023. On the top of it ongoing porting of PD from EB2 to EB1 does not help. Plus since other EB categories for India is stuck around 2012, this would increase the application files in EB1a category further creating a slowdown.
      It seems from here on that EB1A category would not be any different

    • @OscarsGreenCard
      @OscarsGreenCard  Год назад

      I think that is the most likely scenario but keep in mind there is always some uncertainty because USCIS does not know how many people will actually file AOS even if they have a date that allows them to do so. For example, some people may have left the country already or obtained other type of immigration benefits. Considering this is EB1 it is unlikely they received a family based GC instead but you never know each situation.@@thediversityprofessor2174

    Nice work you are doing , really appreciate it.

    it would be suggested if you arrange a podcast where we can have question answer session would be great help for me and others as well. I hope will get update on that issue soon. one more thing can I have your email address if I can share some of my questions its also related to Entrepreneure and advanced degree side.
