Gulam Muhammed Al Kibria it typically takes a few weeks, but it has been taking longer since the offices were closed

Hi it’s indeed a great video am just wondering if a Spa and beauty therapist can qualify under any of the field? Art, educational, science or athletic I have outstanding achievements and award for commitment to learn and student of the year for 2 consecutive years, student representative for my field and was peer mentor for my department etc any change I have?

When you read articles about financial freedom, you may hear people drone on and on about how they are spending practically nothing so they can retire at a younger age, like 30. Conversely, they may have already achieved financial freedom and are bragging about how frugal they were so they could retire well before the typical retirement age.
This is what I heard. Sell all your stuff, except for a tent, and move to the woods so you will never have to pay rent or utilities again. Joking aside, I actually come across a blog that promoted dumpster diving for food. No thank you! Realistically, most of us will not want to do the things required to retire at 30, 40 or 50.
In fact, many people who are reading this likely are not saving not to talk about investing enough to maintain their current standard of living during their golden years, if they retired at the age of 70. It pains me to report that about 21% of people have zero, zilch, nada saved for retirement, you can never be worried retiring at any age if you have an ongoing investment.
Planning for retirement, or even financial freedom, is a marathon and not a sprint, as the saying goes. Breaking up your financial independence goals into small chunks can help keep you on track while making the process a bit more manageable and, hopefully, a little less stressful. Even if you are starting small, the important thing is to get started.
Investment creates a safe haven for the future, Everyone needs it so you don't go bankrupt when you stop working.

Rohit Venkat Gandhi Mendadhala the only secret/tip for that is your foreign state of chargeability can change based on your dependents. So if your spouse that would be coming with you is a nationality other than Indian/Chinese, then you would not be subjected to that long wait time.

I also have another performance which I partook in as a crew member that really sold out. I have certificates that proof my involvement in this. Do I use them as a criteria for the last option (commercial success in performing arts) alongside videos of that performance?

Hi, I first saw your 90 day fiance. K2 vs spousal. That really helped my fiance and I will marry in a few months will be applying for k3. My fiance also has a Bachelors in Science of Geography but no work experience. I thought this having both Bachelors and spouse could speed the process. Lol

Thanks for all the tips! I recently got a RFE from USCIS. Do you have any strategies regarding how to connect a beneficiary, who happens to be a video editor, to the commercial successes of the TV shows that she/he has been editing? Since the shows are broadcast on TV, there's no box office receipts for them. We only have a lot of media articles about the shows profits, which are huuuuge. We also have the TV company's business plans with the official sponsorship values that they charge.

I came to the US when I was 12 yrs old and now as a 32 yr old, someone in my field encouraged me to look into the extraordinary ability pathway to residency.

Good question. Typically, "field of education" means the specific program(s) of study which you completed at an educational institutional, and likely earned a credential for (certificate, degree etc.). It can be confusing since education is both an academic discipline and an industry. Many people who work in the education industry have not earned a credential focused on education.

Appreciate another informative video. This is a lesser known EB category as most people use EB2/EB3. I remember L1 visa folks (mangers or directors) already in US can use EB1. Can someone who is outside of the country can directly apply for EB1 category ? (assuming they qualify). Also, how many visas are available on EB1 approximately. Thank you.
Sunny yes someone outside can directly apply for EB-1. According to the department of states website, there are approximately 44,759 visas available for eb-1 worldwide.

In the application instructions for the I-140 form, there are two different addresses provided for submissions from within the United States. However, I could not locate an address specifically for the I-140 form from outside the country. In this case, would it be acceptable to send my application to either of these two addresses?

Yes possibly, because it’s industry base. If it’s a recognized award in your field it qualifies.
