Buenos días, en este momento presente una petición de EB2 NIW, con i-140 aprobada, soy capitán (crew member) y entre al país con la B1 hace tres meses informándole al oficial de migración que me iba a embarcar en un yate, mi visa se vence el 24 de Julio, pero mi i-94 hasta octubre, no quiero dañar mi proceso de EB2, mi pregunta es si me puedo quedar en el país después de vencerse la Visa, y salir del pais antes de que venza mi. i-94 ? Esto no va afectar mi proceso que estoy esperando boletín de visa, Gracias por su respuesta

Hello Oscar, Thank you yet again thank you for a great video . So I am currently finishing up my cover letter , and I have my proposed endeavor tailored to the work I currently do which is identifying novel mechanisms and novel treatment options for advanced prostate cancer . This is in line with what I do already since I work in a prostate cancer lab on metastatic prostate cancer . However would you say to propose a new endeavor based on future things I intend on doing that fits with the national interest. I explained it a few times: in summary because many people can't afford or don't want to pay thousands of dollars, because in many cases one can do a better job (not always, of course) and because you control the timeline and are not waiting for an attorney to reply emails and make progress. I also say this DIY option may not be for everyone . Same thing with lawyers: I don't say all are bad, I say some are bad (I've suffered it myself and seen too many examples).

Hi Oscar, if NIW denied (for no good reason) is it safe to travel outside of US and come back on F-1 visa
