    Thank you for posting this Marlene! I also joined weight watchers back in the fall I did well initially then when they changed the plan I have had a struggle getting back to where I was exercising and tracking I have lost 20 pounds so far and I really don’t want to back slide more. This video has reminded me of some of the foods I was eating and enjoyed and motivates me to recommit to the process and do better so anyway thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Finally, I decided to continue with the blue plan that had been working so well. I've added more veggies to my menus and walk but everything else pretty much remains the same.     You look so great Marlene! Thank you for this; it is helpful. I have always struggled with healthy eating my entire life especially since menopause. I try to cut out the carbs as much as possible but it is difficult b/c it is easy to get bored with food choices. I have a lower carb cookbook and need to gather my motivation and try the recipes. Perhaps WW would be good to keep me on track instead on relying completely on myself🌞 Love the low carb tortillas. Also agree about drinking water; I strive to drink about 80 ounces per day. Gotta be cold

      Hi Gina! Thank you so much! Like you, I have struggled especially during the last two years. This plan has really helped me lose the weight in a healthy manner. I take my phone to the grocery story and scan to see the points/serving. It helps me purchase only those items that will help. I also purchased the WW cookbooks; they have great recipes and include how many points for each of the menus. Sometimes, we just need a bit of help to stay on track. xoxo

      @@MarleneFabGlamOver50 Yes, I do need the help/support to keep on track b/c I can fall into emotional eating or being extreme. For example, go the entire day without eating while cleaning the house. Them boom appetite takes over and then eat the next few hours. Screwed up! I have discovered that I have to be more connected to my physical body. I can see how the WW app could help with that.💟

    Hello Marlene congratulations you are doing a great job and you look fantastic. I’m down 22 pounds . This week I’ve noticed my clothes are starting to hang on me😁. I basically eat the same things you do . I also make a large pot of vegetable soup, or bean and vegetable soup and blend it to make it creamy put it in conditioners and freeze them great for a fast lunch. I also like progresso light soup I add frozen vegetable and eat the whole can low in points. My weakness are sweets I have one healthy choice frozen fudge bar after dinner for 2pts very good and it stops my cravings Have a great week

      Hi Jean, thank you so much for visiting! Yes, it is possible! There is a website you can visit. If you can't find it, I left a link in my description box. I believe you may be able to talk to someone; however, even if there isn't a specific vegetarian one, you can make it that way. Prior to joining, you take a simple quiz where you're asked about the foods you like to eat. From there, you are placed on one of the plans. There will be foods you may not eat on the plan as there is on mine. I just don't eat them such as red meat. I think one of the best things about WW is that we are able to eat those foods we prefer and not have to eat what we don't like or want. I hope this helps. xoxo

    You do look great 👍 never thought you where overweight. I did weightwatchers lost 2 stone. 14 1bs per stone then i found out my medication is hugely responsible for my weight gain. Pregabalin. Well done . Love little pup wandering lol 😆 💕 💓 💗 🐶🐾🐾

    Great video! I'm learning a lot . . . . Btw, what salad dressing are you using in your salads? I do low carb b/c I was doing Keto before to help with my diabetes, but looks you are not having too many carbs either. You look great!! Congrats :-)

      Thanks, Mayra. Yes, I keep my carbs low. I use the Skinny Girl salad dressing. It has zero points. It's sugar free, fat free and has about 10 calories & 3grams of carbs for 2 T. xoxo

    Loved this video Marlene, you look fantastic not that you didn’t look fantastic before, I’ve always thought you were beautiful, congratulations on your weight loss you skinny thing now. Questions, do you have to join WW on line to see what it’s all about and how to get started or how would one get started? I desperately need to lose 25 lbs that I’ve been carrying around for a few years now, tried the Carnivore Diet that was all over Utube and lost 10lbs but it wrecked havoc on my body, I felt good but (sorry if this is disgusting) it just messed with my bowels terribly, I felt like I needed to stay close to a bathroom, no bueno, plus I missed my apples and berries and veggies. I hope you do weekly videos.🥰👏🥰👏

      Hi Bea! Thank you so much! I feel great! You can go on the WW website and read what it's all about before you join. There's also lots of RUclips videos as well as info on the Internet. When you go on the website, there will be a questionnaire that takes about 5 minutes to complete. Once finished, you'll be placed on one of the 3 plans (blue, green or purple) based on your food choices from the questionnaire. That's it. You download the app, and you're ready to start. Check the link in my description box because there are always some type of promos available. Let me know if you have any questions. xoxo

      Hi Liz, thank you so much for visiting. I didn't know this at the time when I posted this video, but it seems that WW changes the promotions (daily? weekly?). I'm not certain what the promotions is today, but when I checked a couple of days ago, it was $10/month for the first 3 months. I say keep checking to see if they bring back the 50% off. I apologize. I didn't know it changed. xoxo

    Marlene, I've been doing WW for about 2 years now, and I love it and especially the APP. Use it all the time for scanning. But, I think I'm on the same plan as you are - they changed plans a while ago. My daily allotment is also 22, but eggs are 2 points on my new plan. They used to be 0 points. Curious.

      Depending on your personal points plan eggs maybe zero for you and points for another person depending how they answered the questions when the plan changed in November. Hope this helps clear up any confusion.
