Costco has organic frozen 3 berry blend for around $10 for a 3 lb bag. I have watched several of your videos which are fantastic and inspiring and you mention buying fresh berries then having to wash them then freeze them. Buying the bags of frozen berries at Costco would be a time saver for you and sometimes seems less costly than fresh. Thank you for all of your videos. Lots of great ideas.
So many new ideas! Thank you Marlene. I’m on WW since Feb, down -25lbs and ready for some new meal ideas. One suggestion: if you want a low fat cheese instead of the velveta, try Cabot Lite 75 premium white cheddar cheese. More recipes please 🙏🏻❤️

I think something that has really helped me is not purchasing foods that tempt me to binge. For example, I love ice cream, so I'll have it at our local ice cream shop as a treat but no longer keep any in my freezer. xoxo

Hi Annamaria, thank you so much for visiting and the sweet compliment. I use the Blendjet everyday for my lunch smoothie. I think it works great. You just have to make sure to charge about every 2 or 3 days, and when you're adding frozen fruit or ice, there's liquid in the blender for it to blend well. xoxo
Thank you for the fabulous ideas for food, always eating the same thing gets boring but is very easy to track and prepare. You look absolutely fabulous but be careful not to lose too much, I made that mistake and believe me it's harder to put pounds on than to take them off after a certain age. It took me 1 1/2 years to get back to where I should have stopped losing.
Hi CJ, thank you so much for stopping by. I agree. I need a bit of variance as well. I'm only 5'4" but inherited the Cuban body (bottom heavy). My perfect size is a 6 (around 135 pounds). Less than 130 is a bit much for me. I won't go lower than that. xoxo

Oh my how amazing that your walking 10 to 15 thousand steps a day, girl in this Texas heat I would have a heat stroke. Hi Bea, it's pretty hot here in Florida as well. To avoid walking in the close to 100 degree weather, my first walk is at 6:30, then 9:00, then 11:00. I don't walk between noon and 4, the hottest part of the day. Then I go out again at 5, 8, and 10. Yep, I'd melt if I tried walking in this heat. Hubby either eats what I put on the table or he'll go to a fast food. He can sit and have his greasy burgers and fries which don't tempt me. LOL. He just can't have pizza unless it's my cheat day :-) xoxo

How do you get 10,000 steps in 30 min?
Total points for the day much less than 23. Is this beneficial to weight loss or is it best to have allowed points for weight loss?
Hi Arlene, I'm not certain I understand your question. Some days I eat all 23 points and some days I may have less. I've had regular blood work done and checkups. My doctor agrees I'm doing exceptionally well. xoxo
