I eat the exact same as u, smoothies and all, I’m 61 and I’m a Costco Shopper too! Love that popcorn! Sargento is great real cheese and they make 40 calorie thins slices in different kinds of cheese.

Hi Sharon, I don't get everything at Costco. I do get items such as fruits, vegetables and frozen items; however, many of the snack type foods such as the Fiber One and Premier Protein drinks, I get at Target or Publix. xoxo
Great ideas - I’m also a fan of several of your favorites, including Great Thins crackers (Jalapeño is the best), Premier Protein (Have you tried the pumpkin spice? It’s only 2 pts.) and Velveeta slices (so very nice and melty!).

Hi Barb, thank you so much! I'm so happy you enjoyed my video. When I started on WW August 2021, I wasn't doing any exercising. In November 2021, my little Phoenix came into my life, and I had to walk him various times per day. Short strolls with him turned into longer walks. Now I walk anywhere from 7K to 12K steps/day. I take 5 or 6 walks each day; each walk is 15 - 20 minutes. That's the only type of exercise I do. I think the walking has helped tremendously. xoxo
Hi Marlene. I’ve been watching your journey. I lost 70lbs on keto RIGHT before I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I felt the best I had ever. Then the chemo etc. it’s been 3 years out of chemo and a year since my brother died of cancer. I’ve been struggling!!! We live a keto lifestyle. However, I just feel like it’s not working for me anymore. I was wondering, how tall are you? I know you are mid 60’s. I never would have dreamed you were a size 20. I’m 5’7” and am a size 16. But I am BIG REARED. Lolol. I may like to give this a try to maybe balance my body…. Since nothing seems to be working.

Wow Marlene that is a lot of weight, congratulations. Your face looks firm, you are lucky that it doesn't show the weight change, good genetics. Do you think any meds that you might have been taking were causing you weight gain?
Hi Xassy, thank you so much! I think it's genetics as well. I have never taken any prescription medication. I take D3, Omega 3, Multivitamin gummies and nothing else. I believe my weight gain really piled on after losing my son. I was depressed and turned to food for comfort. It was perhaps the lowest point in my life. I really have nothing to blame except the constant eating from the moment I woke up till I went to sleep. When I wasn't eating, I'd be sleeping. After 2 years of this, I realized my eating habits were only harmful to me. Nothing was going to bring my son back, and I still have another child that, while an adult, may still need me from time to time. xoxo
I want you to know this is helping me. Having you share your tips is extremely helpful. I am big on my upper body a 1x and size 14 pant. I can afford to get my boobs made smaller but I know for my well being its better to watch what I eat and the biggie is portion control. And as my doctor said it's what I'm eating. Something that helped me with portion control when I first started was serving my meals on a dessert plate. Whatever I was going to eat had to fit in the dessert plate (no seconds). Hi Mariel, I don't have a lot of loose skin, but I do have some (upper arms and neck); Even when I was at my heaviest, I had a pretty flat stomach (genes, I guess). I carry the excess weight on my arms and lower body. I don't know if walking has helped diminish the excess on my thighs. xoxo Marlene

I think it really depends on where you're located. I'm in FL and the prices here may be less than say CA. In Florida, this type of facelift can run between $10K and $15K, perhaps more in South FL. I'm in central FL and prices her may be a bit less. My suggestion is to make sure the surgeon is Board Certified, interview different surgeons, and ask for references from family and friends if you can. xoxo Marlene

When you make 0 point stir fry what sauce do you use/make?

WW "charges" you more points if you make a smoothie or shake rather than eating the food whole. Just saying.
