I just found your channel 3 days ago and have been learning so much from you! I love your videos and I am going to try ALL of your bowls. I love all of your tips and how you are so methodical going through your grocery hauls and where you get them and showing them close up!!! I just started Weight Watchers on the 29th and have the app downloaded and I have lost 6 pounds. I gained 7 pounds over the November/December holiday period, so I am only 1 pound to go until I am ready to start on my new journey. I was doing Keto and this is so much better and I feel a healthier option because the 0 point options are healthy foods, so it motivates me to eat them as my base. You are so informative and I am so glad I found your channel!!!

I’ve been raiding my fridge for leftovers and making bowls. On Purple I use Brown rice, quinoa, or farro which is zero smart points. I also add lettuce for some crunch. Win win , low points, using leftovers and endless possibilities. Thanks for all the tips!

You can totally turn that rice in the Mexican bowl into an ALLSTAR if you would make Spanish Rice to go with it vs. white. No more points and wow. Toast your rice first until it turns white, then use Bolner's Fiesta Brand Spanish Rice Seasoning (you can get it online or at some Walmarts) and follow the directions on the jar. It's made right here in San Antonio, Texas and it's all I use. Completely authentic Spanish rice flavor. Also, you might try their Hamburger Deluxe when making your turkey burgers and make your own pintos with their Pinto Bean Seasoning. Most of their spices are zero carb/calories. Love your vids! Started my WW journey on Jan 1, 2022 and I'm dragging hubs right along with me!

Just want to say the Burger Bowl is great. I found a skinny big mac sauce recipe that is WW friendly and thats how I make mine. It comes out so good that my husband and kids actually ask me to make it for everyone lol. Thank you for putting these recipes out there. They are tremendously helpful!
There is something I like about meals in a bowl all chopped into bite sized pieces, it's how I do my salads and I had a burrito bowl for the first time the other day and loved it. Can't wait to try your ideas as well as those cottage cheese wraps that have gone viral.

I made a Greek bowl for dinner tonight. Me my hubby and both teen girls LOVED IT!! My middle child said I am stuffed but it's soo good I don't want to stop eating it!! So huge props from her and my oldest saved what she couldn't finish for lunch she loved it soo much lol
Have you ever tried to use Hearts of Palm for your rice dishes? I had never heard of them, but ran across them at Trader Joe and had them with a stir fry the other night. I loved it and it is 0 points for a cup! It is also super easy to heat and it is good for you.
Love it Nikki! It’s a new way of cooking/thinking l for me. I did some prep this afternoon and did zucchini, red onion, peppers (yellow and red) and mushrooms. Made a pan of cauliflower rice. Chopped and washed some romaine. I bought some edamame on Friday first time ever. Had a teriyaki chicken bowl the other night with basmati, baby bok choy and stir fried red pepper. The biggest difficulty for me is in Canada many products not available but I’m trying to sub good ones.

These are great. I also love to get a big piece of salmon at Costco and pan fry cut up portion la in avocado oil with Cajun seasoning for the week. Cauliflower rice is game changer for points. Thanks for your videos. I enjoy then.

Oh! you gave me an idea. I can do one small baked potato diced up with lots of bell pepper, onion, and other veggies and topped with 2 eggs for breakfast. And some turkey bacon too. :) Breakfast bowl. YUMMY!

So I wanted to share my version of a burger bowl that is absolutely delicious. Ground turkey 1 air fried potato Fat free shredded cheese blend 1 small mini avocado 1/2 cup of quinoa And for the “sauce” I blend cottage cheese with siracha and when I tell you guys this is an absolute staple. I’m addicted and it’s super filling, high in protein, and sooooo delicious ✨💕💕
