Pro tip on bacon, if you can't find center cut. It's cheaper to buy regular bacon and then just cut off the ends (about an inch) which is where the fat is, hence "center cut" is the same just without the fat on the ends. Hope this helps
It is really shocking how much more likely we are to eat healthy food when it's prepped - even the basically simple effort to clean grapes and have them ready to eat is a game changer for success. Thanks for the reminder ❤
I know you're not a huge oatmeal person but - I cooked oats low and slow on the stove with water, dash of salt, truvia brown sugar and 1/2 tsp light butter for dinner last night --- so so good on a cold winter day. I was so full and satisfied. If I'd had some blueberries to toss in would have been even better
I’m on a burrito kick. I make the taco bowl mix it and wrap into burritos. Before rolling I put a tablespoon of buffalo chicken dip from TJs on tortilla and a stream of Taco Bell sauce. Oh. My. Gosh. So good. Love your videos Nikki thank you!
I have watched you for a while now and love your family. And today you finally convinced me to sign up with WW. I’ve tried everything else but already see this could be a very positive change! 😊
Love that you share your finds from several grocery stores. I shop Aldi once a month and stock up on certain items like the cheese, chicken breast, frozen veggies and stuff.
I also cooked up a batch of taco ground beef to have ready and quick. I always process it in my food chopper after it cools off - looks, eats, tastes just like Taco Bell 😋
Thank You Nikki For Sharing Your Aldi's Grocery Haul With All of Us. I Love Aldi's. They Always Have Lots of Healthy Foods And Snacks Too. Those Sweet Chili Chips Are SO DELICIOUS!!!😋 I Buy Alot Of The Same Stuff You Buy. If You Like Blueberries Try Their Frozen Blueberries, They Are Sweet And Delicious. God Bless You And Adam And Trevor And Your Fur Babies Too.👍👍👍🤗🐶🐶🙏🙏🙏
Carla from Colorado here! I'm super bummed that we don't have Aldi out West. I remember enjoying that store when visiting my mom in North Carolina! Thanks for putting these videos together. I started WW for Christmas and I'm already starting to grow weary of the "Meal Prep" and hoping to find a few "Staples" that will help make this journey a success. Have a great week!
I go to Aldi they have so many good things. That Fremont Crab..I use right on top of a salad 🥗 dressing lemon 🍋 and avocado oil…it’s yummy. great Haul 😊
I’d love to see your versions of making healthier versions of things like pizza or burgers! I’ve been so stuck on how to make them low points but have been craving pizza
I went to make the burger bowl from your cookbook this evening. I got all the ingredients together. The instructions say to add cheese but there's no cheese listed
Great video. I don't shop at Aldi but I might have to check it out now. You had some good things I do have a question about your cookbook. I made the breakfast bowl today, and it was very good I've noticed somethings don't have a serving size with them so it's hard to tell how many I should be eating Thank you
thanks for sharing hun i love watching and making these videos on my channel to but i live in australia 🇦🇺 love seeing if Aldi in your country has much of the same items.
Hi! I just started WW on Friday and being watching some of your videos to help me out! I not understanding this on WW, As long as I don’t go over my points am I good? Do I need to pay attention to the protein, carbs, and fats that are located on the bottom? What happens if I go over my points?
Yes pay attentionto the macros. You come figure out your calories that way too but I have noticed many days I have had points leftover but my calories are wild. Definitely be mindful of your portions of zero point foods.
Hey. Love your book (got it for Xmas), your channel, and you & Adam. I trust your opinion. So...I have a question. I found 'Pasta' with the only ingredient being yellow pea. Is this a zero point food since it is simply vegetable? The brand is wellth foods. Yellow pea rotini. It scans 7 points.

I like to put the cheese wedges in my soup that I've made instead of heavy cream or sour cream . It gives it such good flavor
Ohh smart!!!
