    Hi Kristi - just wanted to thank you for a great snack tip that I am addicted to (the cut up apples & PB powder mixed up in Ziploc bag). I LOVE this and eat several nights a week after supper. I've also told all my WW friends about it at my studio meetings! I know you said sometimes you add syrup to yours (which I haven't tried yet) but wanted to tell you I add a little bit of the "Cinnamon Toast Cinnna Dust" to the PB powder and the combo of the two brings it to another level! So thank you again for this snack idea and for all your fabulous meal planning ideas! ❤

    I’m thrilled that you got the deluxe Creami…. Yay! Let the spinning fun begin! I’ve done a caramel flavor with vanilla PProtein, 2 tsp SF butterscotch pudding, < 1 tsp whipped cream cheese, Skinny syrup in caramel flavor. Loved it but the peanut butter/chocolate PP blended with banana & some extra cocoa is still my fav.
    Big tip is to add LESS THAN 1 TSBP of a coffee cream after the first spin, then re-spin to get it creamy. I’m currently using CoffeeMate TWIX flavor in all my chocolate versions. As long as you use less that a Tbsp, it remains a zero addition.❤

    Just wondering you are on a weight loss journey, and if so, would you mind sharing how much you've lost since starting WW?

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  Год назад

      I don't mind at all, but hang on because it's a bit of a ride!!! LOL So, I have been a lifetime member since 2004. I started Weight Watchers back in 2003 and lost 93 pounds over a year and a half and became a lifetime member. But I was in my 30s - was restricting myself, overexercising, and it was just about vanity, not health. So, needless to say, over the next 15 years I slowly gained it back. In 2019, my husband and I joined WW online and were very successful. He lost about 70 pounds and has maintained it ever since. I lost about 50 and then Covid hit, I was really sick, then went into a flare with my ulcerative colitis (when I'm in a flare, I can't eat all the healthy things like fruits, veggies, fiber, etc). So, weight loss had to go on the back burner. So, over the next year or so, I put back on about 20. Last year, I put my app on maintain and did a lot of soul searching, took a nutrition class to become certified as a nutrition coach (for myself), looked into Intuitive Eating, and am now kind of full circle. I recommitted to WW in November and continued to do maintenance until after the holidays. Then in January I put my app back in weight loss mode, but this time it's for health. I just want to eat as good as I can with everything in moderation. If the weight loss comes naturally with it, it's a plus but I don't want weight loss to be my focus at this point in my life. (Not to mention I'm over 50 so it's soooo much harder to lose weight now). Anyway, I hope that was helpful. Sorry it was so long winded but it's just not something I can answer in one sentence. LOL

    Do track calories and points, or only points? Just curious.

    • @PlanningUsHealthy
      @PlanningUsHealthy  Год назад

      I track both personally - although I don't recommend it because it can be overwhelming - for me I started when I became a nutrition coach last year and just because I share with others who are not on WW. Also, I was working with my doctor on my protein levels, so had to track that for a while.
