    I love mediterranean chicken it’s usually at least 2 to 3 times a month over here! I love that banana hat, where did you get it? I loved the neck pillow cucumber!😂

Light n Fit Greek Creme Brulee sprinkled with those Kellogg’s Buds and and topped with sugar free Reddi Whip❣️👍 i saw your video using the Kellogg’s Buds and just bought some today ohhhh my gosh!! seriously soooo delish. thank you for showing those and wow lots of fiber in those buds. awesome! thanks friend God bless 😁

    Where did yo y get that cover for the banana? And does it work? I assume it keeps it from browning

      Yes, I love it! It still has a little bit of brown at the very end, but it doesn't ruin the whole banana or dry it out like it does leaving it exposed. I feel like it just protects it from particles getting into it. I got it off Amazon. It comes in a set. They're called Food Huggers. I linked it in the description box. 😊

      It works great for my sister. I can't go completely plant-based for medical reasons. But I do know it works well for a lot of people. :)

      It's called a Food Hugger (I linked it in the description box). It comes in a set, so for the bigger ones, I will use those on tomatoes, onions, etc. I love them. :)

      Sucralose doesn't bother me. I believe in everything in moderation. There have been a lot of studies done on the negative effects of sucralose and many have been debunked. I don't eat 75 packets per day, which is when negative effects would kick in. I also practice healthy habits that would offset any negative effects - work on sleep, get plenty of exercise, and eat an overall nutritious balance of foods. However, like I always say, each of us has to do our own studies and do what works for our own bodies. 😊

      They do! They come in a set and the large one actually fits on the cans of chicken or tuna. They're called Food Huggers. I have them linked in the description box of my video. They also sell avocado ones too!

    by far the hardest part of fasting is the boredom. If you've never done a multiday fast, you have no idea the enormous amount of your daily time is spent thinking about, preparing, or eating food. Depending on your lifestyle, it can be really hard to fill all that extra free time. If you want a fast to be easy, start it when you are very busy

      Thanks! For me, I would never do any type of fasting, mostly for medical reasons, but also because it doesn't' interest me. The closest I get to fasting is the fast before a medical procedure. ;)

      I got those from Aldi, but the Great Value hash browns from Walmart are pretty comparable as well.
