I was thinking of finding one of those little graham cracker pie crusts and turning that yogurt into a baby strawberry cheesecake. 😋 I’ve never scanned one so I’m not sure how many points they are. Congrats on the 3lbs! I feel like the first few weeks are some of the hardest so you’re doing great!

Hey just started yesterday, I am using the app and yazio to count calories. I have 23 points too.. so yesterday I used 19 points and ate only 755 calories😢 I am not a vegetable and meat eater... looking for recipes which fit me!
Oh my! That’s definitely not enough calories!!! Take a look at the zero point foods and eat the heck out of them. Fruit, corn, beans, airpopped popcorn. I also use 2% yogurt and cottage cheese as a zero point food instead of getting fat free. Use all of your daily and weekly points to get more calories. I would suggest trying some veggies in different ways. Have you ever roasted them? It makes them soo much more delicious. Pretty much cut it up and drizzle it with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper and cook it on 425 for 15-35 minutes depending on the veggie and how large you cut them. Good luck!
Set an alarm reminder on your phone to remember to take the second dose of your insulin assist med. I do an alarm all the time.

It’s a lip oil from rare beauty. It stains your lips and is lovely 😊 I have the shade Hope. I wear it to work because I don’t have to worry about it wearing off. Once my lips are stained I just too with a thick lip ointment (I work in a refrigerator) it wears off evenly too so even when it does fade it isn’t patchy. I look forward to trying more colors.
What brand of food scale do you have? I really like it.
It’s from Amazon. It’s Greater Goods Food scale. It’s $10 I bought it years ago and it still works great. Now they have them in other colors that are pretty.
Is not fat milk still zero points in 2024? Or unsweetened soy milk? It's sort of like tofu right :) For coffee.
Non fat milk is not zero points. Unsweetened soy is about 1 point per 8oz. Tofu for coffee… we are going to need to work on selling that better 😜
@@amsinprogress I meant tofu is soybeans and is zero points; soy milk is soybeans, so throwing a dash into my coffee should be zero points, am I right! I'm not suggesting I put tofu in my coffee!

Do the built bars have a protein taste?
I don’t think so but I like protein bars so I’m not very sensitive to that. The only problem I have with built bar is some of them are very sticky to you teeth. The cookies and cream and caramel bars seems to be the worst for that. My favorite is the coconut.

Pumpkin seed kernels are 1 point for 1 Tablespoon on my app.
Green pumpkin seeds (raw pepitas) are zero points for 1 tablespoon. Maybe there is a difference on raw or roasted?

What kind of pita bread were they?
Josephs pita. They are a couple kinds so make sure to get the one that is 60 calories and scans for 1 points. I find them at Walmart
