Soak apple slices in salt water for 5-10min then rinse well, prevents browning. 1tsp to 1cup water.

I have NEVER gotten emotional over a diet in a positive way, but this time I did. THANK YOU. I'm so tired of gurus recommending expensive, weird food or not giving great examples of exactly what to eat. But your ideas are terrific! We have to go into a hotel soon. We will have a fridge and microwave. They have a toaster in the breakfast area. I can see using your ideas for wonderful, healthy meals! Thank you so much.

Awww....thanks so much, Jennifer. I appreciate your kind words. And YES, it doesn't have to be expensive or complicated or weird. It's all about consistency and eating in moderation, while enjoying life and not letting "oh no, I shouldn't eat this" comments be the focus of your life. You've got this!!! 😊

I do if I use regular cucumbers. I find the English cucumbers and the mini ones are much better. And I don't mix them in with anything. Like if I make a salad for lunch, I'll keep the cucumbers in a separate section and then mix them in when I go to eat it.

Thanks for a GREAT meal prep…a rainbow of colors & ideas! I’m like you on the HB eggs…I always do mine 7 mins. Did you know you can keep apple slices from browning by tossing them in a soda like 7UP or Sprite? It is the citric acid in the drink that helps & I much prefer their sweeter taste over real lemon juice, which I think ruins the apple flavor IMHO.
