    Thank you. You really simplified this for me and it makes a lot of sense. I have seen where units with more output are used in smaller spaces and therefore do not need to be ran as long. well, logically. I do not kow how true that is. That is to say the amount of saturation as oppose to how big or small a space is.

    The standard generator sizing for am 1,800 ft2 home would be the SA-20,000 which produces 20,000 mg of ozone/hour, which will technically treat a 2,000 square foot home. A treatment should destroy the mold spores that are present. Of course, there should be no People, Pets, or Plants in the home at the time of treatment. It is advised to eliminate the source of the moisture responsible for the mold to prevent any re-occurrence. Please see the manual for additional information.

      Once the correct sizing is determined, what duration should the ozone generator be run for?

      Hey sir. Time and saturation are fundamental. You actually make and sell that unit and you forgot to tell your customer the most important information.

    If you use a lower output unit, can you simply run it longer? Will the ozone level continue to build up over time?

      O3 decays back to O2, so at some point in the treatment , the number of O3 molecules decaying should become equal to the number of O3 molecules being generated. So if you use 6000 mg/h, then at some point, the O3 concentration in the air will reach a level where 6000 mg of O3 will decay in an hour.
      If the home is small, the relative O3 concentration will reach a higher level than if it happened in a bigger house.

    Pretty good video, however, you say that it treats a particular room and S/F, but you don't say how long you need to have the machine on for?? If I have an 11k ozone machine and a 600 sf room, how long would I need to keep this machine on for? not alot of furniture. Also, I heard that caution to be taken if faux leather couches??
    Thank you, JohnCat

      You need to clean everything inside the car, carpet, seats, headliner, all plastics. Turn the air conditioner on recirculating.
      Keep one window cracked a few inches. The generator needs oxygen to work properly. Run the generator with the car running for 30-60 minutes. Turn it off and recheck it in a few hours for oder

    Can it be used while peoples are in the apartment/room? I heard that it is to be used only in an unoccupied room only and when it finished, all windows should be opened to air out a couple hours before re-occupied the room. Can you clarify its usage?

    • @Sanusaer
      @Sanusaer  4 года назад +2

      No people, pets or plants can be in the area while be treated as it is an irritant to breath. Depending upon how long you run the unit, it could take 1-4 hours before the ozone concerts back into clean breathable oxygen. Or, you can speed this up by opening windows and doors to air out.

    Is there small enough ozone machines out there to be able to use for short periods of time around pets and people to help with pet ammonia smells. Im looking at a small unit that says its rated at 200mg/hr? I would be using it along with other tools like carbon filters and frequent cleaning. Do you have any recommendations for intervals? It would be used in a laundry room of about 500 cubic feet.

      Bill Chadwell can’t use it around pets it will fry their lungs. Especially birds. Take the animals out. Run it air the house return the animals a hr after ventilation.

      Well, the MORRER machine on Amazon only has a small, small amount of Ozone and can be used around pets (that's what they say). I was pet sitting. Friend's cat passed all over the TV room. It smelled bad. I used baking soda and sprayed in those areas. It helped somewhat, but then I used the MORRER machine, and I can't really smell it.
