Thank you. I am now living in mold, yet again..... In 2002, no one knew anything, it seems, about mold. I was told that I was crazy. No one believed me. I found a Dr. who was willing to try things out, that I suggested. It literally just brings me to tears because everything you talk about has happened in my life. Thank you for sharing your story.

i also have mold issues. you can use natural antihistaminic products.take these 3 all in the same time:quercentin with bromelin, stinging nettle root extract, butterbur and zyrtec-R.take them in the morning,30 minutes before eating with a tea spoon of peanut butter to absorb it faster.also you can take vitamin supliments like zinc, vitamin D3 but make sure they are all from natural sources not synthetisized

    1. It’s so difficult to find another place without mold. And then to keep it mold free without contamination is practically a full time job.
    2. Mold illness involves allergy, toxicity and/or colonization.
    3. Mold produces aldehydes, VOCs, mycotoxins, alcohol, etc. as metabolic byproducts that cause many symptoms and diseases so it’s not only the mold spore or dead spore fragments one needs to avoid.
    4. Many purifiers and dehumidifiers need a built in UV light to kill what’s been trapped/collected so one isn’t saving them as pets that will multiply in the filter or crevasses of device.
    5. Don’t open windows when the mold count is higher outside than inside or when it’s very humid.
    6. Make sure clothes are mold and mycotoxins free before putting in drier bc driers are impossible to decontaminate but washers tend to be easier.

I am sorry for your mold health problems . I have them too now . I did not understand at first what happened but we found the mold by accident behind the closet in my sleeping room after removing the carpet when i got sick . I was in it for years , now i'm sick . We treated the origin but in doing so the mold was spread through the house . My mother says my sickness is imagined and between my ears . Only after using a test kit i could prove to my mother and my docter it was mold and not dust like first thought . Sometimes i cannot breathe . It is impossible to clean everything or throw everything away . I will try the ozone , but hoovering and cleaning every spec of dust afterwards is impossible . It is very very depressing . I have never had such deep fear since my childhood . I will fight , i have no other choice , but my life is completely disturbed . Erwin , Belgium .

@@mizzmention8555 Hello , thank you for your attention . I am better now , but still am sensible to mycotoxins in the air due to mold spores scattered . Ozone did not help . Only cleaning did , and especially with a soda-solution . Wiping with water , or washing helps , but best is the soda-mixture . Regrettably such mixture cannot be applied to eveything in one's house , because it is aggressive . The source of the mold was removed by renovating the room in question completely . Now only the cross contamination bothers , but keeping cleaning helps . The worst are contaminated books . My books are difficult to clean and i don't want to lose them , they mean so much to me . I will start with wiping them slightly with soda , but that will damage them , water will too . I apologize for having made the internet anxious for my problems , but then i was desperate , and i was just trying to cling onto any kind or form of help . Now it is better . I did not know a human being could have such will power . The pain in my sinuses was at times unbearable . Also nasal spray (corticoiden) helped me a lot . I had medical examinations and my blood and lungs had no mold . Visual inspection of my sinuses showed nothing , despite the pain there . Frustrating , even doctors don't know everything . I also am better mentally , because i had the impression that i could not concentrate as good anymore as before , there was something wrong with my mind (aside the depression of the ordeal) but that recovered . The doctor also said that she thinks there is positive evolution possible about my sinuses (i was diagnosed not to be allergic to mold) . Thank you for your question , and again my sympathies for your health problems . All this time lost , all this pain suffered , all these things missed by inactivity , human beings should not suffer like that , it is inhumane . Regards , Erwin .

Hello! I appreciate your video. Thanks for sharing about your experience with mold. The ozone is a great idea! The machine is great. There is also such a thing as IV OZONE THERAPY which I've done about 4 or 5 times now. Really great.
You, or anyone else reading, might want to learn about CIRS (chronic inflammatory response syndrome aka mold biotoxin illness), and there's a VCS visual contrast screening test or a urinalysis that you can do to determine if mold is still in your body even after you've moved out. Apparently some people have a gene defect in their bodies, and it causes the body to recirculate the mold. So what the body is trying to get rid of through the liver and intestines,... sometimes it's still being recirculated.. it's called entero-hippatic recirculation and this is why fiber binders work but they don't make the problem go away completely. They bind everything else , but the mold is carried in the fat cells or bile, which is allowed to leave the stool and go back into the rest of the body.
I learned this in March 2022, this month. I lived in a moldy building from 2014-2017. While I lived there I got extremely sick and developed fibromyalgia, headaches, chronic fatigue, diarrhea, ibs, dizziness and many many food allergies. I eventually found out that I had lyme disease, so we treat lyme and coinfections . I moved out of that building, into only new buildings. Yet my illness persisted. I got a lot better but not fully healed. Well, now we know that my body still has a mold infection from having lived there. Turns out, my brother and parents do as well. My brother lived there with me, but my parents only visited moldy places. We all failed the VCS test, indicative of mold found in all of us. Apparently healthy people should be able to see contrasting lines more clearly than people with chronic biotoxin illness. Very interesting. The solution is many things including colloidal silver, glutathione, chlorestramine or welchol, and some other things. Apparently all my symptoms could be from mold and I might not even have lyme disease anymore, but we won't know til we deal with mold.
There is also, apparently, a program called DNRS dynamic neural retraining system. They believe that limbic system Impairment can be what causes someone to get much worse and stay sick for so much longer. They believe that the brain learns to put something in the fear category over and over, so much so that that track becomes the main default track. Their hippocampus actually is shrinking and the effect is that it's like the brain is on fire, so it's trying to put out flames constantly. That causes the person to overreact to everything. Well, Apparently this limbic system Impairment can be fixed; the brain can be retrained and this pattern can stop. I hope this comment helps you or someone in the comment section!
    Be well 🌷

Realistically all houses will develop mold sooner or later so unless you want to live like a nomad you can't be moving every few years for the rest of your life or move someplace very dry like Arizona. I spoke with a mold inspector yesterday and he said that there are mold resistant drywalls but nothing is mold-proof and those are not routinely used even in newer homes, so you could have the same problem everywhere you go if you live there long enough. They need to basically rip out the interior walls and replace the drywall. Then it will be safe, and if you can afford one of the two best types of drywall that are mold-resistant then even better. They're called "Greenboard" and "Paperless." He said that Paperless is the most resistant between the two, but more expensive. Both will be safer than what your home currently has in it most likely.

Thank you Adina for your videos & efforts, subscribed. Great work & help to us all!
I have similar issue for past 5 years & I don't know how to come out of it. It all started in Helsinki 5 & 1/2 years ago. I was staying in Mold infested house. And my problems compounded when I came back to India thereafter.
I am almost certain that, now I am also suffering from Mucormycosis or ill effects of Mold/ Mildew environment. The reason I feel so, is I have recurring black fungus in my bathroom, did professional cleaning 'n' number of times- installed a high capacity exhaust fan, but the black mold comes back. Also, I spotted white fungus under my bed, other furniture, walls & few other places in my house. I did allergen test, that showed heavy allergy to 'Tyrophagus putrescentiae' and many other species/ plants & food items.
Just to cross verify if indeed it is because of mold / mildew, I stayed away from my house for almost 3 weeks in a different place / environment (supposedly mold/ mildew clean place). And my symptoms started to improve after a week.
50+ MD doctors, 4 hospitalizations, 'n' number of visits to clinics, Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Unani & also lots of supplements, mineral & vitamins .....nothing worked. Many doctors say, as they "normally" say..... 'its all in your head'. Psychiatric/ psychologist treatment did not help at all. My Angiography / 2 D echo / stress test / CT scan / Endoscopy / pathology test reports are normal. I left no stone untuned to get to root cause of my health issue, despite doctors, friends, everyone thought there is no issue. And if there was any it would shown atleast in one of the tests. Burnt lot of efforts / money in the process. My last Ayurvedic doctor mentioned I have dysbiosis.....thought it was somehow related to all my symptoms & then somehow it pointed towards Invasive candidiasis, took Fluconazole for 3 weeks. ( ruclips.net/video/0Unvey-XGj8/видео.html ) It did not help much.
I have had couple of surgeries (Septoplasty to clear my blocked nasal passages & Cholecystectomy = removed my gall bladder) that doctors suggested to improve my symptoms which were mainly, chest tightness, labored breathing, bloating, acute gastritis, CFS sort of fatigue / Fibromyalgia symptoms, food / chemical intolerances, muscle weakness/ occasional joint pain, eye pain / blurry vision, brain fog & drowsiness. And these symptoms all started with Chronic constipation. Constipation related issues I never seen in any of the posts or articles available online. Most of the cases it is with opposite (leaky gut). So with chronic constipation my case I assume to be a rare one & a deadly combination. Constipation is my constant companion, other symptoms vary sometimes.
I am going to stay away from my house again starting in next couple of weeks to monitor if my symptoms improve again. Going to stay countryside in India with a cleaner environment. Hopefully things improve....looking forward to it.
Now my question to Adina or if someone can generously help with the information:
    1) The house I stay in with my spouse & kid is my owned house. So even thought of leaving it forever, is frightening. So if I do Ozonization as suggested in your videos, cleaning of the house, repainting of my house & repolishing all my furniture.....will it serve the purpose? Before doing all above, I plan to arrest leakages if any & replace bathroom tiles if required. Will it help, PERMANENTLY?
    2) Because even if I plan to relocate, what is the guarantee that the new place would be mold free? That too for life?
    3) I see a point that a doctor mentioned, 'you have a compromised immune system'....so if I go by that, taking allergy treatment SLIT / SCIT of any help to rebalance my immune system?
    4) Invasive mucormycosis & invasive candidiasis co exist? Does it mean if I stay away from Mold places, I need to take medication for both the conditions or my body will take care of it automatically?
Sorry for my long post but I got this opportunity to express my pain, sufferings of past few years. To post this content it took me almost 3 hours, which otherwise would have been max 1/2 an hour job. So exhausted, brain fogged.
    Looking forward to better health.
    Wish you all GOOD HEALTH!

If you do it before you move house you can make sure the next place is free. If you are worries about your own house you can do the survey there too to figure out where is the mold if it is there.

My husband just starting ripping up the floors in our bedroom to put new flooring down and the concrete underneath is damp and there is mold everywhere on it. He does flooring for a living and he said he’s going to grind it and patch the whole floor . Not sure that is going to help get rid of it ?????? I’m now scared to go back in the house.

That's interesting because my Lyme Literate Naturopath who had me do a $400 blood test for Mycotoxins.
Said that I should drink this:
1/2 of a fresh squeezed lime juice into a small glass add 1/4 tsp of baking soda then add some water and drink right away while it is fizzing.
      To "oxygenate my blood"
I did that a lot in the beginning of my positive test for Mycotoxins.
I tested Highly positive for Mycotoxin Deoxynivalenol.
I'm still living in the same house uncleaned.
But have been told to leave here immediately, I've been taking other things too.
I thought it was interesting that baking soda may help with getting rid of the mycotoxin illness.

  • @xmobile.
    @xmobile. 3 года назад +4

I rarely ever get headaches, so when i do, i know it's something serious like carbon monoxide or mold exposure.
Last night, i washed laundry in my father's basement and the washer flooded the floor. I had to clean it all up by mop and it was in the moldy/mildewy basement for hours. I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache, again in the morning, and again after i tried to sleep it away.
I'm in America and can't go to a doctor, i was wondering (if you see this) if you have a method to taking away your mold headaches. I'm not sure if i should just keep drinking water to let my body naturally flush the toxins, or if i should take a headache pill (i only have ibuprofen at the moment and try to avoid taking it unless absolutely necessary.)
Anyway, it's cool to stumble across your channel. When i feel better i will check out all of your music.

I have 2 of these Ozonator and used it a few times in some rooms and once under the Air Conditioning system.
I didn't notice any difference in the way i feel. I didn't know i have to vacuum after it, but i'm too sick to do it and my husband won't do it for sure.. If it was only 1 room i would try to do it but the whole house would kill me. Literally! 😞 Does that mean using the Ozonator alone is no help at all? I'm terribly sick. The mold is between the walls and the A/C system blows the spores into the air. I cannot move and my husband refuse to believe that my problems are the result of mold. It doesn't affect him so it's "not his problem". P.S. He's the one who caused the A/C leaks with his lazyness to change the filter. Now i'm dying from it 😞

The weed i grow gets white coloured powdery mildew and other strand/tape like fungus. This happens when plants get wet often or when the dew settles on them. I got nasty fungal skin infection resembling root like sores with hard white balls forming in under skin surface (mili). Other symptoms were blurry vision, utis balantis', constipation, scaly ulcerative sores on forearms and legs, tired, restless legs at night. Sore joints, ear infections , sinus.
Had numerous tests with no results. One GP noticed ringworm like sores and believed me eventually and switched from years of antibiotics to oral anti fungals and theyre working. I use apple cider vinegar , oregano tea , green tea, carrot juice, lemon + ginger tea*.Amla / coconut base soap works really well for scalp plus sores on arms ( leave soap on for as long as u can when bathing.)
Spray marijuana now with garlic/ turmeric water and diluted carrot juice in soil kills molds. Had to share this because im smoking 40 yrs now and i know a lot about effects that problem/mouldy buds cause. Sporotrichosis, candida, histoplasmosis, mucormycosis etc....

Hydrogen Peroxide works well, as so bacteriocides/mold-killer solutions though they may be too expensive. Baking soda can be mixed with vinegar which works as a solution for cleaning mold. But as u say, have to remove the residue and then always have air flow!!! air flow air flow!

I subscribed! I have watched your other videos, and working with a mold doctor now. However, I've had breathing problems a year and 2 months still after moving out of the home with mold. Do you think this is caused by swelling in the stomach from a food allergy? After I got sick a year ago ( Found black mold in the apartment) I now have tons of food allergies, chemical allergies, dogs/cats everything I was never allergic to before. My doctor has me taking hydroxyzine which is a histamine blocker, that helps with the food reactions, but I am still experiencing breathing issues constantly.
It never goes away. It feels like my neck is being squeezed from the sides where I breath, and the upper part of the lungs. Any idea on what I can do? I don't get a ton of exercise in. Did you ever have the breathing issues? I've watched your other videos and has only touched on the subject.
Thanks so much for your time.

The ozone generator can. Nobody can be in the room when it is used thats why it is effective for mold.

Are you a victim of vaccinations? In any case, all the best and get well soon.

I received three COVID vaccinations, was sick before the vaccine, same symptoms as before. I do know a few people who are actually allergic to vaccines, but that’s a small minority - no one is a victim here.
