Thank you for putting a positive video concerning post thyroid removal surgery. I am one day after surgery and healing, but there was so much negative it was almost depressing but I’m staying up beat and positively optimistic. Thanks for sharing

This was a fantastic video, and one of my favorites so far that I found on RUclips.
I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.
I had my thyroid removed one week later.
I am one week postop of a total thyroidectomy.
I’m thinking of making videos of my own journey, and I will definitely be following you and watching all of your videos. Sending love and strength and hope you are thriving in life and everyone else that is in this battle🤍✨🤍✨🤍✨

Turn to Jesus He loves you very much, He is the God of miracles, i was ill for a long time, but the doctors couldn't really help me, i don't blame them there was only so much that they could of done for me, Then Jesus gave me a miracle and healed me, God has done amazing things in my life and in the life's of people i know and love, He can do the same for you and yours, When you need Him call on Him, The bible tells us in Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved, He is the God of comfort and will be there for you when you call on Him, God saved someone i love from an illness leading to death, There is nothing impossible to God, Its as simple as accepting Jesus, and Trusting Him for your Salvation, He is the healer of the body and Saviour of our souls, And if you truly seek Him Jesus will answer you, i know this because He answered me when i called out to Him,

Thank you for sharing. I am 3 weeks post surgery from my total thyroidectomy and I have always stayed fit and healthy eating. I can say the major thing that has kept me moving and staying positive is staying on my ROUTINE . I also suffer from multiple sclerosis so keeping my body moving is a must. I do calisthenics daily, my husband and I only skip Sunday. So for me (a 47 year old woman) the key is staying active which I am able to keep up as long as I do my pre-workout powder and sometimes green tea to keep my energy. I haven’t experienced any issues with my metabolism as of yet. I saw my surgeon and told him I take my caffeine first thing in the morning so I don’t feel sluggish at all. I have to do that every day anyway for my ms. I didn’t mean for this to be so long but I was in the middle of my workout when I came across this video. You all stay blessed and stay positive ❤

I'm scheduled for my surgery on November 28th. Not looking forward to it at all. I have a massive goiter that is covered in nodules and is everywhere. It's pushing on my voice box and my trachea. Just a mess.
Listening to you has helped a little. Thank you!

Thank that was a wonderful video. I've been on PTU medicine for the last 2 years and I already have the symtoms that you described and I have learned to live with them. I will be happier when I don't have to take this toxic medicine. I do a workout every day called essentrics. It's very gentle on the body. I walk a mile a day at noon. All of this really helps. My question- Did you have Graves disease? Did it cure the eye disease?

I am wondering why my voice isn’t back to normal? I am still soft spoken and quite hoarse at times. I can’t raise my voice without this high pitch squeal coming out instead. Do you know if this is normal and will go away? Or could this be a complication from surgery? Thanks.

jessicasierra hey jess, i was alittle hoarse for a while after too only about 2 weeks, if you have pain in your throat - tell the doctor. Was your goiter close to your oesophagus tube? I think I may have had that for a while also. My voice went normal after around 4ish months I want to say.

@@everydaythyroidwithlena8373 Thank you for your reply. Maybe I am just a bit scared & panicked because the internet tells you, "I lost my voice forever." OR "I'm perfectly fine." Thank you for clearing it up. Going to doctors today.
